28Paid $32 for a meal, veggies were cold. Staff member Michelle touched the pumpkin with her finger and stated she would get me a fresh meal. It was microwaved and brought back to me with the same veggies. They were still cold but the chicken was hotter. Obviously, whole meal was reheated. Don't think I'd go back
Had a great time celebrating a 96th birthday with replies. 4 generations together. Good food good serice
Went for my birthday and was treated like a queen. Great service, great food and nice place. They even fit me in last minute and still had amazing food and service
Raced in for a quick feed. Quick, friendly service. Great burgers. Just in Mildura for a few days but we’ll be back
A bit of hit and miss with their meals. I think they could be cheaper prices for what you get. Most of the staff are friendly. 7.5/10
Extensive menu. Cheesey Bread is really cheesey! Only complaint was my flathead tails were over cooked, otherwise all other meals were fine.
No complaints about the bistro environment or the taste of the food or staff service. Very nice menu & delicious mains. However, I must say that it was disappointing & surprising to discover that many main meals did not include a choice of "side-serves" such as chips, gravy, salad or veggies, which I would expect to be included in the main meal, without having to pay an extra $5 charge for each item. Why is it that all main course meals on the menu do not include these "side-serves" as part of the serving, without an extra charge? I originally come from Adelaide & I have never ever been to a bistro which charges an extra $5 (or any extra amount) for these so called "side-serves". They were always included as part of every main meal on the menu. Never in my life have I had a "bistro" or "pub meal" & been forced to ask for & pay extra money for what I would call "standard" servings which always came with every mains meal. I don't know what the reason would be for charging extra for common things like gravy, chips, salad or veggies, which should come as standard inclusions with any main meal without any extra cost. And furthermore the salad & chips "side-serves" we paid $5 extra for, were very small portions & to be honest not worth the extra $5 anyway. So because of this issue we will probably go elsewhere in future, unless there is a change to take these extra costs out of every mains meal on your menu. In the end I just don't think these extra charges are worth it & I don't believe that they can be justified for things such as tiny portions of salads, chips, gravy & veggies, which I consider to be part of any standard main meal.
Meal was very nice but we had to wait over 1 hour for our meal. Servers had no idea where or what table meals had to go.
All the best a hotel type bistro can offer. Plenty of space, food and drink choices. We were looked after very well. Next time back to Mildura we will go again.
Thoroughly enjoyed the meal great service with friendly staff.
A popular spot with the locals
Had lunch off the menu which had a good selection. Friendly staff and the bistro complimented by the great views of the river
Went on Friday night and it was busy, glad we booked before arrival for 5.30 pm dinner. Nice food and we can get a free bread roll with meal.
Had a beautiful mixed grill tonight, didn't take too long to come out considering it was a full house. Book ahead and save disappointment.
The food is pretty good, just sometimes you feel like they've forgotten your meal more if in a group
Great food, well priced, good beers on tap and a decent wine selection. The staff were prompt and attentive and quick to return with requests
We ordered, the food came, we ate it and really enjoyed it. Considering how many people were there when we had our club meeting, I say, Well done!
We went for dinner there on our last night in Mildura. Wished we had of gone every night. Food amazing with a help yourself salad bar with loads of choices. Also has 1/2 Serv food choices. Kids games room & playground. Definitely must try if in the region. I highly recommended this place.
Had dinner for 2 and we both went for the ribs. A slight delay in getting them however the wait staff explained it and, being informed, we were fine with it all. Covid crazies meant tables a few and far between but the staff were excellent. The "check in" process was easy and professional.
Amazing service, great food at an affordable price!
Very family friendly! Can't recommend enough! Would 6 stars if i could!
As you can see by the pic my baby loved her dads choc milkshake! I went for Breakfast for the first time last Sunday and i was so impressed that I took my husband there on 2 days later! I can't speak highly enough of there breakfasts. Would be the best i have had in town.
Fast, super value and a huge selection! You won't be disappointed!
