Lester and his team are true professionals. Never met them. Everything was done remotely. Never had to ask for anything twice. Everything was taken care by them. Highly recommend them for your demolitions jobs.

Lester, Chris, Roz and Maddie did a great job. They are real professionals when it comes to demolition services they offer. They are organised and guided us from day one. I am building with one of the leading upper tier volume builders and Bison was their recommendation.
Although I obtained several quotes, considering their reputation, I chose them.
They never failed to get back within a short period of time when I had a query via phone, SMS or email.

I would highly recommend to anyone without doubt to use Bison.

Their services are value for money.

Good Luck & All the Very Best Team

Big thank you to Bison Demolition for their professional quoting, consulting, advice, pricing and honest work. They quote the job for what it is and not how fancy the post code. They keep you informed 100% of the way and work to your schedule. When unexpected costs arrised (asbestos), i was nervous and thought.this is where the big demo guys sting me for $$$, but when i called 3rd parties (as you do for an opinion). Nobody could match Bison's re-quoting and prices. Lester is an honest, genuine business man, and his supporting team are excellent. The 2 guys onsite for 3 days were very polite to neighbours, quiet, and respecful of noise and vocabulary, tidyness and rubbish. Neighbours barely noticed the house was gone. Security fencing was put back after the site was cleared, path ways were washed down, and the site was cleaned. I Will definitely ONLY use Bison for future developments and only recommend Bison moving forward. They own and run their own machinery, they do not subcontract to random companies. They own the entire operation and they helped guide me on what steps to take with council and permits. Thank you again.legends.

We used Bison to demolish our house and from the first contact they were very professional.

They kept us up to date, and when it was time to demolish it was done within days.

Lester and his team have a great business and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We recently engaged Bison for our building project. They were professional, friendly and very efficient and offered a very competitive price. They were also very helpful in providing advice on the process. This is our first time going through a building project and they certainly made it less stressful for us. Highly recommend Bison and would use them again for any future projects. Thanks guys!

I would highly recommend Bison Demolition Group. After receiving their quote I had a query which required the estimator to attend site again to provide a response. They attended site and provided a response the next day. I was very impressed with their prompt service considering I was only asking for a quote. This gave me confidence when engaging Bison Demolition Group to carry out the demolition works as I felt that they would be reliable which they were. Price was very competitive. Quality of work was great. I will be recommending Bison Demolition Group to all my contacts who require demolition and will definitely use them again when required.

Recap of my response in the FB page:
Let not forget pulling the tree out is only ONE of the reasons caused the damages. The other main reason that is lack of duty of care for the footpath, and the vehicle crossing, causes the damages for OTHER 4 BAYS.

The term and condition are as you stated above. But it’s conveniently left out the part of “WITHIN THE WORK SITE”. The front footpath that is the council property, isn’t “within the work site”. AGAIN, the damages are not only caused by pulling the trees out (2 bays are uneven), but also BY NOT TAKING PRECAUTIONS WHILE MOVING IN AND OUT the work site (4 CRACKED BAYS on the footpath). You can see the photos.

18/10: I sent you the confirmation email after confirming with the builder, attached with the builder’s email. 30/10: demolition work commenced. If my confirmation email was not clear enough with the part of “not damaged the council property”, and if it virtually impossible to do. From the 18-30/10, why didn’t you reply or ask us again? You ASSUMED and went ahead without verification

You damaged both sides of my neighbour (with and without trees). Now, instead of replacing only one side of the fence (after cutting the tree), we potentially have to replace both sides.

I was ALWAYS there at the site when my husband met you, and taking care of my 2 toddlers (because of various reasons, we had no choice but took them with us)

I posted my review that you responded back after reaching out for a solution with no outcome (The only response was “not our responsibility”). Even then, you brush it all off and pushing all liabilities to us. We only try seeking for a compromised solution. If you respond back to our email, it would be different for everyone involved.

Update: I provided the email that Bison asked for. Now, they said it’s an miscommunications, ignored the important part of “so it’s not damaged the council property”, or the fact that they didn’t even confirm my email before starting their work. To your company, it’s only a small damage, but not to our family. Clearly, your “3 principles” is just there for you to pull out whenever you feel liked it. And your promise is nothing but only for show.
Sincerely yours,

It’s gonna be long but please read it through if you are considering choosing this company.
The final price was another 2.5k (almost) on top of the quoted price (included double slab, unexpected and unsafe items around the house, dilapidation report).
Here comes the real problem. The footpath (council property) got multiple damages after demolition.
1. First cause was by pulling the trees out (on the right side of the property). As one tree was closed to the fences, and one was closed to the fence and the footpath, Lester warned us that it might cause damages by pulling it out. We then confirmed with him via email that the tree (closest to the footpath) doesn’t need to be completely pulled out. It could be just cut and grind in order to not cause damages to council property. The Bison team ended up to just pull it out, causing the 2 bays of the footpath to be completely uneven.
2. Another 3,4 bays of the footpath were left with cracks all over. As it closed to the vehicle crossing, it looks liked it caused from not taking precaution with the heavy load, or the heavy tools and equipment coming in and out of the work site. And to be honest, during the demolition work, we both came to see the site, and also drove passed a few times. But we could not see any precaution being placed to protect the footpath. From my understanding, the footpath shouldn’t be considered as “within the work site”.
Now, we left with around 1.8k fine from the council for the cost of repairing the damages.
As Bison requested us to apply for Assets Protection permits, the council is keeping our bond. And Lester’s response was “we signed the contract, he warned us about pulling the tree, so he can’t assist further”.

Lastly, our builder then found the site was not probably clear as there were still debris, and asbestos lying around. Lester did come back and clear our site.
