Excellent customer service
Well priced items
Not many small hardware stores left
We must support them
Any purchase feeds the owner of these small family run buisness
Tony and the folks at the shop are true heroes. I ran around a bunch of places including all the big brand stores before I found the springs I needed at this shop. Saved a perfectly good pair of door handles from ending up in a landfill (and 250$ in getting them replaced). Tony was even kind enough to let me use his tools at the shop to fix the handles whereas all the big brand stores just wanted to sell me a new pair. Can't recommend this place enough if you're after some good old fashioned customer first service.
Tony Bisbas the owner of this family buisness has looked after all his Albert Park customers and me for 10 years now.
He is open everyday and know his trade/goods.
Highly recommended and definitely value for money.
Popped in today and received outstanding service and what a gift to have a local hardware store of this calibre. Will go here again ahead of bix box giants. Thank you!
Family owned and run Old school hardware with old fashioned personal service. This is what hardware used to be and us well worth a visit. Part of the Albert Park Holy Trinity with Nicholas Electrics and Cravens Pharmacy all on Bridport/Victoria. Albert Park may be for the hip and fashionable but Bisbas Hardware is it’s heart and soul.
Wonderful old style hardware shop. What Tony doesn't know about hardware isn't worth knowing, fantastic problem solving, particularly anything involving keys.
Great store, full to the gills with essentials, staff very helpful, old school hardware store, better than Bunnings any day of the week.
Very pleasant experience here over the weekend.
Not only was I surprised they had the speciality moulding pieces I was after, but they were less than half the cost Bunnings was charging. Very kind and knowledgable with info about the paint and brushes I needed for my project also.
I will be stopping here from now on before Bunnings.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff with everything you need at your finger tips. I often pop in just to say hello.
Fantastic. Got some security keys cut here. Old school service and a hardware store as I remember them. Knives to graters, sledge hammers to nails!
Excellent shop, with super knowledgeable helpful staff. Tony & Co punch above their weight. Recommended.
If you need to go to a hardware store, come to these guys first. Great people, great shop and at better value.
I went in today and saw the man who worked there yelling and really intimidating a young female customer. It was really uncomfortable, and I could see the girl was upset. Very sad to see this sort of customer service.
Just went into bisbas and the owner followed me in. She asked what I needed and I said I didn’t know and just wanted to have a look. She twisted her face and said ahh you can look around but not for long. As though she didn’t trust me. I have never felt like this in a store. As a grown adult it was horrible to not be trusted in a hardware store. Especially in this kind of store where you need to look. I was practically chased out. I don’t understand how a business like this will remain open.

Nothing too small for them.needed a not normal type screw, spent 10 minutes working out something for me. $2: 50 charge.i felt bad the money was so little ;well they don't care because they like to help.god bless em.
If you need it, Tony has got it.a seemingly endless store that still excites me today as it did when i was a child. Highly recommend for any DIY projects.
Have been going here since I can remember. Always fantastic service, everyone is so friendly and accomodating.
Excellent personal attention from the owner/manager. He went out of his way to locate the parts I wanted from his Alladin's Cave of products! Great service and reasonable prices.
Excellent staff, they go out of their way to help you and provide you with their best service possible. They have everything you need.
