Food is worst! Below standards. Geelong branch is good. This one is waste of dining
. Biryani is like fried rice. Less staff. Longer waiting periods. Don’t visit and waste your time

I have ordered King Special Fried rice with chicken, (it was written very very popular), I was so disappointed when I have received, it was basically Biriyani with Egg! Taste basically like Biriyani only they have added eggs. Minus the spice & masala. $30 for a person not worth it

Very bad service we have to wait for 45 min. For food. Come here if you want to waste your time for waiting for food.

Reasonable price, amazing hospitality, delicious food. First bite made me nostalgic and reminded me of India.

Food is amazing. However, the customer service was really poor. Have visited couple of times and still no improvement on customer service.

Everything was yummy and tasty. If it's your first time, let them know what spice level you prefer. Then everything will be perfect ️

One of the best biriyani I had in my life. Specialty veg maharani biriyani for vegetarians, I eat it atleast once a week. I am sure no one can beat that one. And very friendly staff.

We ordered biryani for party and food didn't arrive on time. We had to go to restaurant and pick up food during party as uber eats had to cancel the order as they didn't prepare food on time. When we complained to owner he was blaming uber eats. It wasn't fault of uber eats but it was fault of restaurant as the didn't keep food ready for the driver. When my partner went to collect food for the party from restaurant he had to wait for 30 mins. That means food was not ready so uber eats had to cancel order. Restaurant owner was blaming uber eats instead of his own customer service. My partner was on road rather than party and some of the guest left without having food. It was horrible experience for us. We were so stressed and owner doesn't take responsibility and blames other people. Now when I ask for refund he says it's not fair. My guests left without having food and I had to throw all the food in the bin. How horrible experience.see again owner is trying to reply and cover himself eventhough he knows it was his fault.of course I want my money back.

I have ordered Vijayawada jumbo chicken biryani and it got spoiled on the same day itself and The owner of the restaurant says that they cook food everyday but they can guarantee the quality of food for just 3 hours just because it’s summer…. Does the biryani get spoiled on the same day it’s cooked? The owner says that I can complain in the council if I want to but this is how it works. I don’t want any refund but poor and cheap service by the restaurant. Never gonna recommend to anybody.

Very bad customer service! Yesterday i called them to order only naans and they refused. Spoke to one of the girls and she says she cant make only naans as per their policy which i accept and then on asking to speak to manager she passed on the phone to another girl and what she has to say is that kitchen refuses to make small orders, like seriously guys! What if a table comes for dine-in and they order only Naans and they just want to try how it is. R u still going to refuse them. Not happy with the Reply i got from Manager.

Today I tried the butter naan and kadai goat curry, I felt so happy after a lockdown I am enjoying my food. Nice customer service. Really love the pan

The worst Indian restaurant in the whole Melbourne.my whole jumbo pack biryani got spoiled on the same day i ordered. The owner speaks rude but claims himself as not rude.he says that the biryani will be spoiled in 3 hours after delivered because its summer. Such lame excuses

Probably the best Biryani in Melbourne. Trust me that's heaps and filling. We had takeaways and we loved it.
Would definitely recommend!

First and the worst experience.

Ordered a goat dum family pack biryani for takeaway. Charged 80 dollars for takeaway by the lady staff member. Once I paid the amount I realised the individual biryani is around 15 dollars and family must be less than the price of 4 individual biryanis together.

When called the staff member back she was telling these were the new prices and there is menu for the new prices stating 80 dollars for the family biryani. She also refused to give a refund. I atleast thought I might get a bigger one but this is of the same size which is served by every other restaurants under family packs.

Now when I came out with the biryani and saw the online ordering prices. There is no biryani for 80 dollars only in there online menu.

Please have a menu adding the family packs. If not atleast have a price chart pasted so that there won't be fooling people anymore with the random rates.

Gave them a call 15 min earlier to make sure the takeaway is ready by the time I arrive. But they only start preparing food after I arrive.

The best prawns birayani ever i had today that's also in Australia. This is the teasty biryani ever i had which I wont get in india also. Raman from Biryani King footscary outlet he is so kind and nice. I spoke with him today and told him that I am craving for Prawns birayani but indian style and he told me hi will make special biryani and will send that to me and he sent me very very special and tasty birayani u should try it. Thank u Raman and biryani King. Try it its Prawns fry special biryani u won't find it on uber eats menu but u can call and order special ones as biryani King has all kind and helpful staff. I am highly recommend this place to you all.

2nd time special instructions were not followed on doordash. Even after specifically mentioning medium spicy the food was extremely spicy and very oily. Will never order again from here and not recommend it to anyone.

Butter Chicken Curry
Goat Dum Biryani
Mirpakay Chicken Biryani.

Tandoor Roti isn't cooked well you can see the raw dough in middle.
Instead of Goat Dum Biryani they send me chicken dum biryani
and other chicken biryani. Who on earth does butter chicken with the tandoor chicken pieces. He just put the left over tandoor chicken into gravy and send it. I don't know how the restaurant owner think about customers do they think customers are dumb.when I called the restaurant they said they were busy to night and they ran out of items and send the other items with out asking us at all. I am very disappointed with them. Not at all friendly customer service.
