As someone that has worked in and around the animal industry for many years, THIS is the sort of love and passion you dream of seeing in a business such as this. The animals are in beautiful condition and well cared for and the experience, help and care the staff provide is unparalleled (and I'm comfortable saying this after only one extended visit) in an industry hurt by those seeking purely profit.

I got some fancy schmancy lorikeet food for my Rainbow Lorikeet Petrie, and she has been devouring it with pleasure.

A business I'll happily drive across town to support, 5/5.

Any problems that I have with my birds, they are more than happy to assist, even over the phone to problem solve

Wonderful lady working there, always happy to answer questions. Even once kept the store open a little later than usual so I could make my purchase.
They have a selection of things that I can't usually find in other stores, such as an emergency bird heater for a sick bird.

Professional and loyal. I’ve been buying birds from Monika for over 15 years now and I’ve never ever bought a bird that I wasn’t happy with. Every time I go to bird city Monika and her team are always helpful and lovely so I always look forward to going back.

I called this morning to enquire about buying a baby bird and one of the staff (Male person) was extremely rude. It killed our excitement all together. I just want to let the owner know that people call you with lots of hope and excitement pls train the staff to answer questions as nicely as possible.we will still get a bird but it will definitely not be from this place. I will also recommend my friends not to visit this store just so that they don't spoil their day when they are looking to buy a new pet in their homes.

It is so heart warming to see such care and passion these people have for their birds. This place is clean and well manged. All the birds look healthy and well looked after. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. If you are after a feathery companion then I highly recommend Bird City!

Hi I brought a male canary an cage form the older lady that runs the bussiness an also the young guy in the store helping her out 4 weeks ago where very helpful an polite I am going to go back an get an female companion for my male canary from the shop I am very pleased with them as the lady told me that my male canary will interact with me when he hears my voice an with in a few hours of getting him home that is what he did he.

Bought a budgie that we had ordered. The woman that looks after the birds seems to love them, they are well looked after and she seems very knowledgeable. Saw a couple bring in a recent budgie purchase to show her how well the budgie was going and buy some toys. Place is a small shop so a little bit cluttered up the front with the birds down the back well spaced.

I went in to purchase a budgie for my daughter and was surprised at how vibrant the colors were on her birds. Plus a beautiful selection of other species as well. I recommend to anyone wanting a new feathered friend.

The person that served me today was very stressed and anger and was raising his voice with. It was like he was trying to dominate me. When I asked him questions he wasn't answering them and was getting irritated with me. He was very rude to me. I read the other 2 comments and I completely agree with them not to go there anymore and I won't.

This place is the best to buy a bird its clean and all the birds r healthy. Monica is the expert in bird city if you need questions or help go to monica

I went there on this week and the male worker approached with a lot of anger and he had horrible manners I don't know what happened to him that day it dose NOT give him the right to treat me in that way he did. He approached very close to me and could smell his BO in other words he smelt pretty bad. It looked like he had something against me and i don't even know what I did to him. I was planning on buying a couple budgies to start breeding but I won't after that. I asked him for helped, he pretended not to listen and ignored me and walked right past me.when i asked him again he approached me and told me to stop asking questions because he isn't in the mood. Then looked at me for the rest of the time with a very strange look.

I didn't have a good experience at this so called bird paradise. Everybody told me about this place but when I entered i regreted even going. The worker there approached me and ask me if I needed help in a very angry tone. I told him not at this momment and he got angry with me. When I did ask for help afterwards he got angry again and didn't answer me. Then he go me to leave because I was annoying him. I did leave and I will listen to him snd leave and never go back there because of a rude man.

I changed my review but i need to complain. I went on Thursday this week week to this shop and a middle aged worker steared me down went i first went in and did not even say hello. Didn't even bother to ask me if i needed help. When i asked him for help he told me to leave the shop and go somewhere else for help. He confronted me with anger and I felt disgusted to what happened today. I thought this shop was the best to buy supplies for my birds at my home but i was terribly wrong. How could a small business have such a good reputation but bad service. The worker also told me that he is too busy for people like me and told me to back off. He steared me down as i left and I'll tell everyone to back off from this shop as the worker told me.

Hi my name is morgan, i went there on a Saturday to buy a christmas present for my son. I asked the male worker there some questions he was ignoring me and the time he answered our question he was raising his voice and getting aggressive with me. I dont recommend this store if you want good service.
