Birallee Village Shopping Centre reviews
44 Great meat mark downs at Coles via Birallee village.
Every little bit helps out.
Great customer service and friendly staff.
Favourite place to shop.
Like all plazas this one is a one stop shop, with everything you need to take care of your shopping needs. With Coles, chemist warehouse, bakers delight, butcher and novelty shops ad well as newsagency and more, you can take care of your shopping needs. The parking is a bit crazy, with the parking being a bit chaotic, it happens to be my only nit pick about the place, people speed around and it can be confusing getting in. I suppose when you are used to it, it would not be a problem. It's not a bad place though for most of your week to week needs.
A great place, coles, 2x variety shops, chemist, smokemart, butcher, bakers delight, cafe, grog shop, post office, etc.
Quick assess to where I need to go and the car parking is easily accessible. Always served with a smile at all shops
The birallee definitely has improved over the years, a great little shopping centre to pop into.
Abandoned car in disabled parking bay for approximately six weeks now. Has recently had windscreen caved in
The shopping centre has had a lot of changes over the past 2 years.
Chemist Warehouse has come to the centre.
Simple Indulgence has moved into 1 big shop, instead of 2.
The post office/paper shopping has moved outside the centre and revamped the shop.
Undercover parking and out side has all been done up.
Things are picking up
Usual Coles Supermarket, Now pharmacy is Chemist Warehouse. Newsagency is small and part of essential Post Office. Hume Bank closed branch but has auto teller. A coffee shop with early close hours but reasonable range of food. Treasure Hunter cheap gift and trinket shopping. Sports AFL memorabilia shop.
Excellent wine shop with great knowledge and range of wines. It also has bulk Port and Muscat barrels.
Has Bakers Delight and Haus of Meat butchery so all staples are covered. Also a tabaconist.
Parking is good with several disabled bays. Now has new undercover sail cloth protection. Traffic flow can be a bit awkward when busy. Footpaths have ramps, automatic doors except for late night trading. Toilets are accessible from ground level.
I really dislike the entry set up especially during the pandemic where everyone is herded through one door. The shops are good. Parking is a pain.
Probably the worst shopping centre in Australia to be honest. Security is non-existent, meaning teenagers from neighbouring schools are constantly running rampant, cafe straight in the door is terrible quality food/coffee, let alone staff consistently breaching health orders and not wearing masks while serving. Then there's the good old "centre matriarch" from Simple Indulgence acting as if she owns the place. Centre management is purely non-existent as far as anyone can tell, complaints never responded too. Damages to roof in public toilets causing leak left unattended for months, apparently the "solution" being to just put a bucket under the hole, speaking of leaks, absolute bloody ridiculous awning at the front doors has no drainage connected on one side causing mass downpour of water when raining. Several shop windows have been ran through by cars and yet still no plans of bollards being put in front of the shops other than store owners being told it's up to them to pay for them if they want them. All in all, absolute bloody disgrace of a shopping centre, needs to be sold off to someone other than investors in Sydney who care about nothing more than lining their pockets.
Shop at the Coles there when helping out a friend who is housebound. Great choice of products and friendly staff.
Got a supermarket, chemist, post office, domino's, subways, bakers delight, novelty shop. Something for everyone.
Don't like Shopping before 8.30 Am l over school Kids are out of control They Ride there Bikes in Complex As for Security up well what can l say There is No Security Guard At All That The Wodonga Police Have been up there but still no. Good if there was a Closer Supermarket l Go There Instead I AM OVER IT Let ALONE the Shop Keeper"s
Lovely Shopping Centre for West Wodonga. Lots of lovely shops including Treasure Hunter that holds lots of good cheap items. Plus Newsagency, Chemist Warehouse, Coles, Subway, Dominoes Pizza and more.
Not a bad place to shop with a lot Of other places to go within Birallee Village Shopping centre and would use this centre in the future.
Today the store was looking very average and needed a good clean food and rubbish on the tables grubby finger prints on the wall near the play room the floor looks like it needed a good sweep
It’s got a coles supermarket, a bottle shop, a pharmacy a butcher a newsagent and take away stores.
It has what you need there but the general vibe of the place is a little off. The coles there doesn’t have the same shopping experience as other coles I’ve been too and the stores a little more downsized.
Finally renovations all but complete. YAY! Parking more back to normal although at times rather squeezy! Coles could do with a second more convenient entry. Dominos needs it's food to match TV advert! Chemist Warehouse, whilst offering many competitive well priced items is a 'rabbit warren' and oh so claustrophobic.not enough air movement.
Very busy, not enough parking nor signage to indicate one-way driving areas. 1 parents with prams spot.
The renovations are making it a horrible place to go to. Went to rent DVDs and felt very uncomfortable walking down the scaffolding area to the shop.
Plus the NEW VERANDAH thats going up is impractical it slopes upwards which will allow more rain to the supposed covered areas. To my mind anyway. Verandahs are supposed to protect areas from the elements.
