After 4 years of saving we were ready to get into the housing market. My partner had used a broker before following typical email and phone communication. With BIR in one hour we understood our borrowing potential updated live as we input data. Seeing this process unfold with transparency on many aspects such as who is interested in lending to us and who not, finance turnaround times together with adjusted rates based on deposit and liabilities, or total payments over entire loan periods compared together with other comparable loans itemised for viewing on screen through a VM.
