I'd like to thank the team at Bioscor international for their great service and unwavering commitment to a client like myself. I've been receiving hair treatments for the last four years and feel they have really made a big difference to my maintaining and hair growth. They are very competitive on price compared to other treatment places. Bioscor certainly does facilitate a comfortable environment of quality and integrity, that's reassuring and supportive to all of their clients.

I had a skin treatment with nurse Amy. She was friendly, professional and very good at her job. I was left with very little down time and received an excellent result. I would highly recommend!

I suffered alopecia areata at the start of the year. My hair has finally grown back, they are still short but just waiting for them to grow long. I have nothing bad to say about this clinic. Dr. Chan is so professional, expert and showed genuine concern. Amy, Kee and Karen are all so professional and kind. Facilities are good. I had steroid drips and injections here and they made it comfortable and private for me. Thank you so much to all the Bioscor team.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Amanda Ong's clinic, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. Dr. Ong has a profound understanding of her products and their applications, and she tailored her approach to meet my individual needs. The clinic itself is equipped with great staff, providing a comfortable and soothing environment. Special mention goes to Karen and her team, who were exceptionally friendly and professional.

I have been going bioscor for over 10 years. It is my go to place for all procedures and facial treatments. Dr Amanda, Amy and all the other staff are so professional and deliver top of the range and cutting edge treatments. A lot of people think that I am 10 years younger than what I actually am which means I have not aged a single day since coming to Bioscor!

I highly recommend seeing Sammi for the ICON IPL pigmentation removal procedure! At my first consult, I decided to have the procedure on only the most annoying cluster to see how my skin would react. Remarkably, within a week and after the scabbing had fallen off, the cluster vanished! I had to wait for one month (for the skin to heal) before the second session. At the second session, Sammi treated the entire lower half of my face and 95% of the pigmentation lightened dramatically in one week. On top of that, my skin also looked more radiant which was such a pleasant surprise! I wholeheartedly recommend Sammi if you are looking for someone who will make you feel at ease every step of the way and deliver exceptional results.

There are not many treatments I haven't tried over the 10 years I have been coming to Bioscor and I have always been 100% happy with the results, affordability and care shown by all staff. I started off getting microdermabrasion and facials with the gorgeous Claire and a bit of Botox with the amazing Dr Amanda. As well as Vitamin C IVs and Vitamin B injections with Nurse Kee who is super efficient and knowledgeable. I've even had some pretty severe post-Covid hair loss treated by Dr Chan which is working really well. Recently I've had some fantastic results with Profhilo on my wrinkly sundamaged decolletage. Nurse Amy has done such a great job. And Dr Amanda, with Amy's help, has worked miracles on my restoring volume and minimizing wrinkles on my ageing face while keeping things as natural as possible - I always come out looking youthful, glowing and well-rested (not puffy, expressionless and frozen)! And Karen at reception is always so helpful and accommodating organising appointments. Highly recommend.

I was recommended by a friend and was amazed with the results after the very first visit! Amanda and her team are wonderful, taking the time to explain all the options and considerations. Most importantly, they care about the results and have the experience and industry knowledge to trust them implicitly! Being Asian, I was especially concerned about finding a clinic that understood the needs and limitations of my skin type and facial structure. They exceeded my expectations. I look years younger and extremely happy with the results. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment with them.

I am sharing my experience as I don’t want anyone having to go through what I went through with Dr Amanda Ong and the Ellanse treatment (s). During my first zoom consult with Dr Amanda she advised I would need two treatments to correct the volume issues on my face. After my first treatment she reassured me I would see a ‘lovely result’. I quote what Dr Ong emailed me.
“Regarding the Ellanse, let’s review in 3-4 months as the collagen would not start to grow until around 6 weeks. I’ve never seen a non-responder as the product is predictable and we did do a decent amount. Your main issue was addressing deep volume and I’m sure you will get a lovely result”.
After my 2nd treatment I was not satisfied. The reason for my dissatisfaction was based on the 1st and then subsequent result after my 2nd session. To then be told when I went in for my 3rd review that I would need a further 3rd and possibly even 4th session to resolve the issue. This was NEVER explained to me, and I felt I was misled. I always knew 12-18months post 1st session a top up / ongoing maintenance plan would be required, but NEVER was I told during my initial consult via zoom that I would need three to four sessions of Ellanse, and it would cost me circa $14,000 to meet my expectations. If I had of known, it was going to cost me $14,000 I would not have progressed with this treatment in the first place.
I was reassured that after the first treatment I would see an improvement and then by the 2nd - my expectations would’ve been met. My volume issues on my face are still very prominent and visible. Minimal to any improvement has occurred and now I’m in a position that Dr Amanda Ong (leading Ellanse practitioner / trainer in Australia refuses to treat me). I feel like I have wasted $6930 as I have not achieved the result that I was reassured I would receive/expect.
I now need to go and source an alternative whilst having already spent over $6930 on a product that has not been fit for purpose / delivered the intended result to the patient.
I contacted Bioscor and simply requested that Dr Amanda Ong take responsibility for what she had advised me during the initial consult and refund me the total amount I had spent thus far. Dr Amanda Ong refused to treat me anymore and all Bioscor offered was a 40% refund.
I was not asking for anything other than what I felt was fair and reasonable. Bioscor was adamant they would ONLY refund 40% as that was the cost of the product. They were only interested in making sure they didn’t loose any money. They forgot that I would still out of pocket 60%. I accepted the 40% refund as they gave me no choice and I felt pressured to accept the offer, as they set a deadline date to accept the offer. They also asked me to sign a ‘release form’ with I refused.
I am an honest person and all I expect is the same in return. I hope my experience helps anyone that is considering Ellanse. Do your research and be careful of any promises Dr Amanda Ong makes. I have never written a review but felt it was important I share my story. Bioscor need to take responsibility for what they say to patients. Ethically what they did to me was wrong. I may be an unique case, as all the other reviews are positive. Nevertheless, they should’ve taken responsibility and acknowledged what they promised me wasn’t delivered and refunded me the money I paid in good faith. Instead, they took no responsibility and only refunded me the ‘out of pocket’ expense Bioscor incurred.

Couldn’t be happier with the impeccable skills of Dr Amanda Ong. I only trust getting my Ellanse and Sculptra injections from her. Staff at Bioscor are extremely lovely and knowledgeable as well.

I lost my hair on the left side of my head, it was like the size of 50 cents coin, i didn't know how it happened, after around 2 months, i lost again from my moustache, i did a lot of research, anyway i waited for it to grow itself, but, no way, not even a single hair, after around 4-5 months, from the internet, i found Bioscar team- Dr. Robert Chan, consulted with him twice, he gave me free consultation on the phone, after i explain him everything he called me at the medical centre, gave me one injection with 15-17 pinches on the spot, _ amazingly within 2 weeks, i saw some brown and white hair but thin, and within 5 weeks, ohhh my goodness, i got exactly same hair back,
He and one old lady Doctor recommended me not to rush for moustache, as it was a sensitive area, but still my moustache didn't came back, so they gave me injection there too and same story, within 2 weeks and 5 weeks, got everything back myan️,
All i want to say is Thank u so much team, i only trusted you because i could see more than 25 years of experience of the doctor on the internet and it worked too, GOD BLESS YOU GUYS ️

Extremely satisfied with the service and results. The whole process/ongoing management has been managed very professionally and the hair regrowth results have been so outstanding that nobody can even see there's a "problem" at all ;)
