Got a quote to service for a 10 year service on my telehandler, decided it was a reasonable price. 8k plus parts. However, parts were up to 40% marked up over retail price of what it cost to buy them. I was so feed up and took my machine back which was held for ransom until the 8 k was paid in full (although machine was just pulled down and not rebuilt). Got another specialist to do the service it and half the parts that Biondo's said were required were still in perfect order. Biggest waste of time and money.
