A sorely needed service to establish evidence regarding mould presence.
Cameron was a witness at VCAT and represented the case with assurance and competence. The remediators appointed by the Insurance company after a burst pipe, cut corners by not removing plaster as recommended in a timely manner. Wall and ceiling cavities and saturated insultation were moisture affected for eight days without exposure to air to allow for drying. In effect, the insurance company and its remediators caused a salvageable home to be damaged unecessarily. High spore count readings were registered in three problem areas in the Biological Health Services Report and made occupation of the home a health hazard. The Insurer remains intractable.

I have previously been employed by Biomedical Health Services, and can attest that Cameron, provides highly ethical, highly credentialed and highly skilled services.

We would highly recommend Cameron and the team at Biological Health Services. We had quite severe storm drain damage at our commercial premises and after remediation from the insurance company and their contractors we suspected mould was still present due to smell and visible damage not reviewed. This turned into a dispute and they claimed it was all fine and safe again. The evidence based report BHS produced enabled us to pull the insurer back into line and proved that further work was required to make good.

The best thing we did was speak to Cameron and take action. Do it and move forward with confidence.

When we had a major insurance claim about water damage, I was so frustrated with how we were being treated. Then when I contacted Dr Jones, he spent time listening to all the ins and outs of the matter. His inspection was very thorough and the final report was fully detailed and explained. This I feel, saved our house and sanity. His qualifications and experience speak for themselves.

I consulted with Cameron and he was very helpful. He educated me about the presence of the mould Rhodotroula Fungus and its harmful effects on my health as I was experiencing a lot of health issues due to the presence of pink mould in my shower. He assisted me to take action and get the cooperation of the appropriate people to remedy the situation. I would not hesitate to recommend him to people who need assistance with mould issues. FYI if you check the socials Cameron Jones supports the anti vax nutjobs. I personally would not let anyone from this company into my house.

I ordered a mould testing kit and have had $300+ withdrawn from my account, and have not received the kit or any correspondence. Will be taking this to consumer affairs immediately. Beware - scam.

If only I could give this 'health service' 0 stars. Cameron, who claims to be a Doctor is a waste of time and money. He is rude and thinks he is better than his customers. 'mould kit' = absolute scam. Don't waste your time.

I would highly recommend Biological Health Services. I have engaged this business several times and found Cameron to be extensively knowledgeable and extremely helpfull. I have found his reports very well presented and extremely easy to read. I have read other reviews that have been made and find them quiet arogant and false and misleading to say the least. His services are far beyond any other service you would get with anyone else. Unlike some people claiming to be scientist Cameron is far beyond that being his is one of very few with an actual PHD and many years of experience, unlike so many others claiming the same. I would be very confident in promoting his services and the fraudulent comments made by others should ignored as they are just that FRAUDULENT. I give Cameron and his services 5 stars as they far exceeded my expectations. Thanks again Biological Health Service.

I made the mistake of purchasing a 'mould test kit' - grotesquely over inflated price & all. The instructions inside the guess kit include a fact mysteriously not referred to before being misled into purchasing this scam.
NO testing, in fact, occurs. The kit is actually a mould guess kit. Some buffoon with an ego running rampant looks at any mould that may or may not grow - wherever the plates are left but not in a scientifically sound environment - and provides its guess about what it may be seeing in the plates. Misleading & deceptive conduct down pat here. I could have saved close to $400, taken my mould to a library or simply sat at my laptop, and lined up my guesses also. To add insult to injury, after the charlatan has taken your money, it ignores all other correspondence or attempts to contact. This is a job for Consumer Affairs, this one! Do not touch this mob & its mould guess kit. Scientifically proven waste of money & time.

If you need someone to identify mould, then Cameron’s expertise falls within this field. He is a lab technician. However, he is not a remediator! If you commission him to prepare a report beware that it will be confusing (a lot of pointless/needless references which results in pages and pages of information which could be succinctly summed up in one page) aimed I believe to deliberately alarm and make things sound worse than it is to justify a larger remediation project. If he is a true to the science he should remain completely impartial I.e. Do the analysis, write up his unbiase results succinctly and lay out his remediation recommendation full stop and leave the actual remediation efforts to the professionals. However, Cameron is also in the business of remediation which is a conflict of interest when the remediation recommendation itself involves hiring his equipement. It is interesting that his company portrays to be impartial and that he is a man of science but conveniently offers remediation services and equipment for hire
