58 Thanks to Gershwin and the team at Binks for the great work attending immediately to maintenance issues and making progress on what are complex construction faults. Always returning emails and at times visits to the property which is essential to understanding what phone conversations and emails can’t make clear.

Sharon from Surry Hills office came onboard as our OC manager recently and within a month she has sorted out a mess that our previous OC manager put us into! Sharon is clear and to the point!

Called and emailed multiple times. Told verbally someone would get back to me over a 5 week period and nothing! Terrible service, would not want my property managed by them!
I have found Binks & Assoc.to provide a very professional service, very happy with them as my OC.
Do not deal with Binks unless you want your property to turn into a slum. Own an apt in a small block which is now managed by Binks. No maintenance or caretaking done for over 12 months but charging fees & paying out for this non existent service. Manager Justin a total dud. Todd is often unresponsive (if an employee is going on leave, someone else should be stepping in to respond in their absence - it’s not as if there are fees discounted for the period of time in which the manager is absent) and unhelpful. Given it his job to manage the strata, it is telling that he is often unable to answer queries satisfactorily (even in relation to the fees Binks are charging without consent) and fails to realise that each lot has its own street address and separate entrances. Owners corporation managers are fairly useless in general, but this takes it to a new level.
Thank you Sharon, It is rare to have such prompt and efficient service from a Strata Manager, however in this case, I can highly recommend Sharon Howard of Binks and Associates. Sharon went above and beyond in assisting me with a difficult situation, communicated swiftly with myself and other stake holders and found solutions to the issues presented to her, much appreciated and thank you again.
We inherited this company when our old OC sold to them. It has taken 7 months to get us a new gardener (their first job) It was getting no where so owners provided them with 4 gardeners to quote as OC said they couldn’t get anyone due to a trade shortage. We have had to remind them about an AGM, if I could give less than 1 star I would. I am not sure if we are just unlucky with our manager but apart from long delays, there are constant excuses and contradictions. I would not recommend this OC to anyone. They have been slow at everything except sending out fees.
I've been dealing with Binks for about four years. I've found them very slow to deal with maintenance issues. It's been almost two years since an AGM. They've changed the person looking after our file on four occasions, and never do they inform us. We only find out after chasing up on unfinished business.
Quotes are sought by Binks that have so little detail that there's no knowing the scope of the works, or any capacity to hold the trades service to account.
They can hold onto urgent reports for weeks and not inform you that they are available. A frustrating chain of inaction. Its almost like they have wanted us to drop them as our managers, whilst being happy to take our fees until we give up on them.
I am enjoying the very good cooperation and, more often than not, quick responses from Sharon, who is new to Binks and I think its necessary that good work by any new staff, of any organisation, should be raised to the attention of everyone.
Having dealt with the team at Binks over the past 3 years I have found them to be extremely professional and have promptly responded to all communication.
I have comfortably recommended them to a number of my clients looking for better outcomes for their properties.
We would like to thank Binks and Associates, our Body Corporate Manager for a very timely, prompt and efficient service in our time of need. They coordinated the tradesmen very efficiently and the job was completed with minimal disruption to all tenants. Thanks again.
