Overall prompt delivery good communication and quick pick up will buy again from these guys

Order a four meter skip and after payment was processed was told dumping carpet would be extra $75 a roll. If I knew this was the case I would have not choose this bin.

Easy to book, rapid communication and service. Would highly recommend using BinGo for future waste removal.

I ordered a skip bin from Bingo on their website, but the bin did not get delivered on the day. Called up their customer care, and they said there might have been some issues with the online ordering system, and told to call back the next day. I call them the next day, and the lady put me through to their IT back office. The customer care reps and the IT guys were quite helpful, and I got my bin delivered the next day, which was 2 days after it was originally supposed to be delivered. The drivers who delivered the bin and collected the bins were friendly and courteous too. Finally, I get an invoice from the company saying a payment is due in-spite of me paying the amount upfront. Looks like there is absolutely no communication between the front office, payment and IT systems.

Bin was dropped and picked up very quickly, in right location. Will use them again for next rubbish clean out.

Driver couldn't reverse truck up driveway to drop off 3m skip. Had a 6m skip backed up there one week before. Got confrontational and made a bunch of nonsense excuses citing safety issues. I would have been happier if he had have just told the truth, he was too lazy and it was too hard for him.

This skip company delievers the skip before 9am on the booked day, with great delievery/ pick up guys, skips are quite large. Easy to get the opening/ ramp down and up with one arm. Bonus is they have AFTERPAY and pick up the skip before 9am on the scheduled day. This time hired the 6 tonne for a hoarded home. Will be hiring between a 8 -12 ft from them again in June for the next clean out as the hoarder was really happy with the high sides where it was placed and the lovely delievery/ pick up men whom treated them with non judgement and great customer service. Pro tip: move your cars out of the driveway the night before. Bingo also donated to the NSW floods which was another reason i hired through them.

Since commencing using Bingo we have had timely service every month & their communication during the co-vid period kept us informed of any potential minor disruption to services.

Booked the night before online, arrived the next day! Had the bin for 3 days and very accommodating when asked for an extra day. Text message letting me knowing the driver details and when their were arriving and leaving.great on time service, very friendly drivers, good pricing, I was very happy with the service. & I will be using them again for sure thanks so much!
