1 My experience with John Cali is put simply as regrettable.
After fitting a blind incorrectly he made some excuse that it must have been a mixup with someone else’s order and said that it was a 10 min fix.
So over a month on, 3 no shows without even a courtesy call to notify me he had to cancel or even a follow up.
I'm the one that had to do the chasing to see why he didn't show up and to rearrange for further no shows and on the last occasion I called he hanged up the moment he answered my call.
It's clear it's not going to be done and I wouldn't bother wasting my time anymore as I've done enough of that.
I decided to fix the blind myself rather than wasting more time with them.
They may have been around for a while but guess what? Word gets around much easier now.
