Billy Lids Playland

What a wonderful revamp of this place! After 3 years away we attended for a birthday celebration and the changes to this place is incredible!
The use of all the space now, they have a party room, the closed off area is now an open huge bouncy castle open to everyone, I highly recommend, it’s so clean, bright and so much fun!

The playground has upgraded a LOT. It’s huge! There’s a VR ball pit and you can use the ball to interact too! The food is very nice and the whole family loved it. There are some interactive screens which the kids love and a carousel! Very good. Can’t wait to go again!

We took our 2 year old here and he absolutely loves it. He didn't want to leave even after 3 hours (most of which was spent in the ball pit). Very clean, very well spaced out. But also very busy on a Saturday (as to be expected). We also had the hot wedges which were delicious. I highly recommend taking your children here if you're looking for a way to tire them out haha.

Not a bad indoor play centre. The facility is overall quite clean. The place is a little small tho. The food and drink menu is good and reasonably priced. Will definitely come back again.

Lovely little play centre. Not huge like others but very well maintained and surprisingly clean.

Plenty of activities for the kids to be entertained.centre was very clean considering the amount of people there and great coffee which was a bonus!

The cleanest indoor playground I have been! Staffs are nice and friendly. Like the giant mobile in the little kids play area.

We found this indoor play house by chance while on holiday and it’s a great treat for the kids! We have a 2.5yo and 4yo and there was so much for them to do.

The staff were incredible too, very friendly, responsive and quick to assist. The facilities themselves were extremely clean (much cleaner than other indoor playhouses/cafes I’ve visited around the world) and the equipment appears very safe and well looked after / maintained.

The diversity of play equipment was amazing too. A large Jumping castle, toddlers carousel, an enormous jungle gym and multiple ball pits.

We had a coffee from the restaurant while our kids played and actually felt like we we could unwind and relax.

From our experience I would highly recommend visiting.

Billy Lids is one of the best. Spotlessly clean, very well maintained with a large variety of equipment and activities suitable to all ages.
The under 3 (toddler) area is wonderful with lots of play options for babies and toddlers.

The staff are very friendly and helpful

Cafe has lots of choice and reasonably priced. Serves are big too.

I highly recommend Billy Lids and will be definitely coming back soon.

A much improved indoor activity centre for small children, great improvements have been done. Well worth it.

Hosted my daughters 5th birthday at Billy Lids. The staff were so helpful and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble and most importantly, everyone had a blast. Definitely recommend

Nice place to take the kids and you can even continue do some work, in your computer ad the place is it's really safe and friendly for kids from baby.

I attended a birthday party at this venue on a Sunday morning, and the place was very busy and also very dirty. My daughter had clean white socks on and removed her shoes to go onto the play equipment. I was horrified to see the state of her socks after going on the jumping castle! The centre isn't very well designed - the party rooms are located away from the play area, so it is difficult to keep sight of your children playing if attending a party. I saw many adults climbing on the play equipment or standing around on the play equipment, which is off-putting for younger kids going on the equipment trying to play and honestly, why go on the play equipment if you are an adult and your kids are happily playing? There is hardly any parking on-site, which makes it difficult if you have prams and very young children who struggle to walk long distances.

The one star is for the coffee and the friendly girl who served it - the coffee was very lovely and made up for a below par experience.

This is my toddlers favourite place. Great way to get zoomies out for nap or before dinner. The place is also great for my crawling baby. It really has activities from young to older children.

A great place to bring your young ones. Small but great set up. Staff are courteous and on-site cafe is decent both in price and quality of food. My little one liked the interactive screen in ball pit and the indoor jumping castle the most.

Came here with my little Nephew and he loves this place, great place for kids to make new friends and the coffee and snacks are great here as well
