I've been there a couple of times, and the people at Clayton Bilby3d have gone out of their way to help me solve my 3D printing issues. They are more than happy to talk about all sorts of printers (not just the ones they sell). The people there are clearly passionate about 3D printing and passionate about sharing their knowledge so that others get the same enjoyment and success for 3D printing they they do. Had the best experience at Bilby 3D! We arrived 15 minutes before close due to traffic, however the manager/owner stayed back to assist us. I have been 3d printing for almost a year now, but he taught me so much more during my visit there. His passion for 3D printing is evident, as we all gawked at the amazing prints displayed on the shelves. He was also kind enough to provide me some free cleaning filament for my blocked nozzle. My experience here was excellent and I will be coming here for my future filament supplies:) (ps.it’s only $24 for 1kg of filament here, that’s the same price as eBay!)
