Took my bike yesterday to MCA to have a slow leak in my tyre repaired, only to go back there this afternoon and find out that nothing had happened. I then took it to Bikes Plus and Andre repaired it on the spot. Outstanding customer service at Bikes Plus. I will be going back there again and as for Motorcycle accessories supermarket, give them a bit miss.

Finally purchased my childhood dream bike, a 1989 Honda XR600R. Wasn't easy to find in Victoria but got lucky in the end except sadly, it had been used, abused and severely neglected. Came across Bikes Plus through online research and quickly booked it in for a complete rebuild and major cylinder repair to say the least for road worthy certification. First impression after dropping off my beast was the extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable service by the team and owner. Coming from a back ground in Tourism I have to say, these guys are second to none. I would highly recommend Bikes Plus to anyone wanting to rebuild your dream bike or any work you require done. Incredibly disappointing experience. Firstly arrived and no one was there at 0900, waited 25 mins whilst the owner decided to show up. A simple job wasn’t fixed adequately and the mess of spilt fluid all over the engine displays a lack of professionalism. Sloppy work and would not recommend. Clearly no testing was done and there was an attitude of couldn’t care less when a complaint was raised.

Brought a battery through them was meant to be a lithium ion on for my CBR they charged me 300 bucks for it took them 2 weeks to get it to me and it was just a standard one. Looked online they were 98 bucks for the lithium one how could they charge me so much and still Rio me off plz no one go here even heard they sell there own Dogey bikes.

Good workshop, they also sell bike accessories and apparel, even arranging items for me which weren't in stock from the supplier at a reasonable price.

Had my bike there many months ago. Told me bike wouldn't pass road worthy because back brakes and pads were too worn out.
They charged for labour and the cost of new rear brake pads on my ninja 300 that were never installed and somehow the bike passed roadworthy.
Would not recommend. Very dishonest.

Fairly priced. Reliable and helpful staff. Andre was a big help and found me the best prices on my bike build.

Ripoffs. They lied about the work done; charged top dollar for nothing. Go elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Hi guys. I got my bike ninja 300 serviced today from bikes plus and I never even think of this place in my lifetime. No justice for money, they will charge money for nothing.my bill was 495 for general service and a pair of brake pads change.brake pads are 120. I searched in internet but the same was 30$ each. I'm not sure how they can charge 345$ for general service. Please don't even try to visit this please. No value for money.nothing will be done to your bike in terms of wat u r expecting.pathetic service. I even share my bill and internet screenshot showing spare parts price.

WHEN I GOT MY BIKE HOME AFTER THEY DONE A RWC ON IT THERE WERE ALOT OF THINGS THAT WERE NOT DONE UP TIGHT! AND PUT NEW STUFF ON MY BIKE WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH ME FIRST! WHICH THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO! BRUCE IS THE ONLY PROFESSIONAL BLOKE THERE! THE OWNERS A BIT SHONKY! WONT BE GOING BACK!

Don’t waste your time or money going there unless you want to get ripped off! They overcharge, have very poor workmanship & couldn’t give a rats ass about your pride & Joy! Be aware, stay away from these shonky, dodgy turds! Don’t believe all the good reviews you read about them, for years they have had the worst name in the business & continue to do so even with the latest owners! I caught Andre out with a lie, he told his customer one thing, when i pulled the bike apart to repair his stuff up i found something opposite to what he said. Shame on you Bikes Sus!

Brought my bike to Bikes Plus to have the chain adjusted, the store felt good, the people were nice and the job was done so well.that a week later took the bike back for service. Since then, have been stopping by to make changes and get the bike better. Great attention to customer service and can't complain a bit about the work done.
I put my bike in their hands without a problem knowing that they will give it back to me in perfect riding condition.
