Helped a friend to purchase his dream bike today. Big shout out to Philippa for the professional service. He is very friendly, and has been extremely patient in helping us to choose the right model, and size. We have been through multiple bike shops, and end up coming back to BikeNow because the vibe of the staff members here is the most positive. I can highly recommend them to anyone.

The team at BikeNOW have really looked after us. Partner dropped by and did a cheeky test ride shortly after launch, and some quick negotiations got us set up with two new bikes at a phenomenal price. They got it all fitted up nicely for us, hooked us up with some great deals on accessories (an 8+ year old helmet definitely needs replacing!), and made sure we were happy before we left the store.

Thoroughly recommend the team (and the range!).

What a great experience it was buying a new bike at Bikenow! The team personally looked after me, showing me exactly what I was after and able to fit me perfectly to the bike. Thank you Mitch and Bikenow. What a great company.
I was after some Specialized handle bars and rang about 10 dealers in Sydney and Melbourne to find the specific ones I was after.
I finally spoke to Mitch at Bikenow, what a great bloke.
They did not have the bars I needed, so I kept calling other dealers.
5 minutes after I spoke to Mitch surprisingly, he rang me back. After checking at his end he found
another dealer in Melbourne who had the bars I needed in stock and suggested I ring them.
Which I did and got the bars I needed.
I just wanted to say how much I appreciated how Mitch from Bikenow went out of his way
To help me find the product I needed, and it wasn’t even for a sale at his shop.

This place has soul! The most knowledgeable, reliable and honest workshop I have ever experienced. Very knowledgeable across all brands and have stock of almost everything in the shop. They are organised and always true to their word. If you want to experience what real customer service is, this is the place for you.

Unfortunately, I didn't make a purchase however I've been to many bike stores and none have come close to this store.

Every time I’ve been in there over any issues with my bike, Christan and his team in the workshop have accommodated me to get my bike sorted ON THE SPOT! Excellent bikefitting session with Taz at BikeNow for my Trek gravel bike. Taz patiently explains the reason of each step and take the time to understand my needs. He assures me my bike size is right for my body and with some minor adjustment on saddle height and position, handlebar height, cleat adjustment and shoes insole change, I feel more comfortable and confident in my ride. Highly recommend.

I popped into bikeNOW to ask about getting a part replaced and maybe a new chain. Charlie and Christian were truly amazing and helped me and gave appropriate advice whilst ensuring that I would not buy anything that I didn't need to. I used to take my bike to the store I purchased it from, but I will without a doubt be going to bikeNOW for all of my bike needs and servicing!
