Hands down the best place to spend with the family surrounded by families, we spent NYE in the park and we where amazed and so overwhelmed by the friendliness of staff and other attendants at the park.
Staff the next day where going around wishing a happy new year and attendees also saying happy new year as if we had known each other for a long time.
Parents where at ease letting their kids play on their bikes or scooters knowing that anyone that came in with their cars are driving extremely slow, if a child went missing it became EVERYONE'S child (the child was found taking a break in the shade of riding his bike), we will be definetly back and we already can't wait!
So thank you to all staff and the other families their on NYE and following day, you all have made our NYE the most amazing time

Beautiful park. Great job on keeping it looking great.
We were there over New Years and there were a lot of small children leaving there wheels on the road way. I realize it's New Years but very loud, heavy base Hip Hop or rap music shouldn't be permitted. We paid for our space not to be interrupted by what we considered as very excessive noise.

Camped in the new section on the middle terrace. Not really practical to walk to local attractions. Great camp kitchen. Dump point was a long way from the new section.

Cute cabin 72. Great mattress & pillow. Left note for a few suggestions e.g. Hooks & narrow shelving placed around the cute cabin.

Big 4 downplays it's 3 star stay at Healesville. The site is very accommodating and extremely family/kid friendly. There is so much to do for the kids and accomodation comes in so many alternatives. The ensuits, bathrooms, site facilities, games room, BBQ rooms etc. Considering make this a yearly occasion.

My stay at Big 4 Yarra Valley was extremely pleasant. The location is absolutely divine, you will experience nature at its finest and may be visited by local wildlife. We were lucky enough to see the kookaburras and Rosellas on our last day. This park is a great place to stay if you want to get away from the city but also have everything you need at your door-step. The staff are friendly and the accommodation was pristine. Everything about this place was special and I especially recommend it for families with children.

Amazing place for camping or caravanning. Our group (over 30 of us) didn’t use the cabins, but j hear they are also good. The camp kitchen is first class. We didn’t need to bring half the stuff we did. They have toast LTD makers, ovens bbq’s dishwashers all cutlery etc.heaps of things for the kids to do. Make sure you pack their bikes!

I'm not fond of caravan parks or organised camping but this location on the banks of Badger Creek was fantastic. We stayed for 6 days with three family groups aged 3-73 years. Five of us camped and the other two families stayed in one of the two renovated trams. There is a range of accommodation from Jayco cabins to log cabins, family yurts/glamping plus excellent powered and unpowered sites. There was plenty for children to do with two swimming pools, a dam for swimming, tennis courts and a well organised and designed set of play equipment. We camped in the open unpowered camping area and had plenty of room plus kangaroos grazing in the morning. Healesville is 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes cycling away with good shopping and a range of pubs and eateries. Healesville sanctuary and the Yarra Valley wine district are nearby and easy drives. The facilities were well serviced and regularly clean. There is also two large, open common areas with fridges and cooking facilities. There are a range of age groups. My advice to families is to manage your children as some of the teenagers were running amok in the swimming pools. There were also occasionally unattended toddlers and children under 12 walking on the driveways. Check it out. IAH

Just returned from a 1 night stay @the glamping pot with ensuite and it was like a 4 star hotel experience. Comfortable accommodation with great shower and well equipped cutlery for our barbecue on the deck

Big 4 never has let us down. You know what your getting by booking the big 4. The site was big enough for multiple tents or swags and was situated right on the river.

The park has 2 jumping pillows, a pool, a broken jacuzzi, a lake, 2 arcade area, kitchen and laundry facilities.

Nice park and nice staff. We hired the campsites near the creek. It is really nice.

However, the park needs more bathroom. Otherwise, it is 5 stars.

Great campsite/caravan park. We were first allocated a campsite that wasn’t particularly nice (hard and rocky) so went back to reception to ask to move and they were so lovely about it. Ended up with a gorgeous little spot by the river and we had the best time. My 5 year old daughter loved the pool, jumping pillows, riding around on her bike and feeding the parrots. Facilities were all clean and worked well. Will definitely be back.

I hated the cabin number 233. It was old and awful. I left Thursday morning. Plus the work men were chopping trees 1 branch fell on the roof of the cabin I got very scared. I only give 4 stars for the park.

Amazing place to stay. They have so many amenities. Well maintained cabin, running creek beside the site, wild bird feeding (you can take some bird seed), childrens park, swimming pool, spa, jumping pad, BBQ place, everything makes the place complete. Will return again.
