BIG4 Warrnambool Figtree Holiday Park

Great place to stay with plenty of ammenities.

Too much that we were not able to fully use it. Would be a great place to bring a family for a vacation.

There is a function room as well as a playground and pool.

One thing that I had really enjoyed about this place was that there was an allocated parking lot right in front our our unit

The rooms that we had was well sized and well equipped but to be honest a little bit dated.
Can tell that it was painted over wallpaper and the shower room was really too tiny.

On the last night as well there was a large spider lurking over our bed.

We stayed here on a powered site in our caravan, the facilities were close by and each site had its own ensuite, if you choose to use it. The indoor pool was fantastic! It was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely come back!

It was a short one-night stay for us, but we had a lovely experience. We arrived late after driving the entire day along the Great Ocean Road, and even though the receptionist had already closed, they provided a quick and easy check-in process.

We especially appreciated the bed warmer during winter. We didn't have the opportunity to try out many of the facilities offered here, and unfortunately, the pool was undergoing maintenance during our stay. However, overall, it was a quick and pleasant experience!

Definitely recommend it. Family room was brilliant. Congratulations, Tasman 5 starts at least. We stayed here 4 yrs ago too, every bit as good as last time we were here.

We had a great stay here in a one bedroom apartment. It was clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for all meal cooking. The games room was super fun. The park grounds were very well maintained. We will be back for other stays

Staff were very cold and unfriendly almost as if they didn’t want us to stay. TV didn’t work at all.

In heart of Warranbool. Close to the shops, the beach is not far away. The swimming pool would be good during the summer as it's renovated.

The cabin is awesome but the Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible. The only thing you can watch on the tvs are live because when you try and go onto YouTube and Netflix it needs to load every 5 seconds. And I'm not exaggerating when I say every 5 seconds. You press play, watch 5 seconds, then wait for 3 minutes for it to load, repeat. Anyway, though the wifi is terrible, the facilities are pretty good. As I said before, the rooms in the cabin are amazing. Plus the staff were really kind and helpful. 4 stars.

Good all-round holiday park. Well situated in Warrnambool, the staff are lovely and helpful. Stayed here three times now in both cabins and a motel-style room. Happy to return for more.

Stayed 1 night on our way through. Beautiful and well set up cabin, situated directly across from the play ground and tennis courts which was great for the kids.

This is my home away from home every year and every time we come away it’s always been the best always clean and the staff have always been the best ever they all are like family nothing has ever been a bother it’s sad that the manager have changed from the start of this trip but I can see that the new manger will do a fantastic job she has been lovely for the short time we have been here with her. The Figtree is such a fantastic family friendly park so much for the kids to do I tell everyone that has to come to Warrnambool to stay here I have stayed at other places but this is like home we come here for two weeks every January and will be still for many more years to come the best two weeks ever

We stayed in our RV at BIG tasman Holiday Parks.   Warrnambool is a fantastic family-friendly destination on the Great Ocean Road. The park offers a range of accommodation options, including cabins, caravan and camping sites. With a indoor and games room, there's plenty for the kids to enjoy. The park is well-maintained and clean, with excellent facilities, including a great camp kitchen and BBQ area. The location is ideal for exploring the nearby attractions, including the famous Twelve Apostles.   Its 5 minute walk to the main street with pool lenty of shops to wander through. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making for an enjoyable holiday.    Ill be going back.

The wonderful people here let us stay last minute when we couldn’t drive the full 8 hours home! People were nice, toilets and bathroom were clean and all was quiet after 9 which was awesome for us who hadn’t had a proper sleep. Thank you so much Big4, definitely will be staying here again in the future on our way up to robe again ️

The experience was great, my kids love the pool and table tennis. The room was clean and tidy, newly renovated and well maintained. The staff was friendly. Highly recommended!

Stayed over the weekend, the park itself was fantastic and games room & swimming pool was amazing great family caravan park,
only down side to the whole stay was having 2 people behind staying in a tent, could hear them having inappropriate conversations, yelling after 10pm, not ideal having people like that in a big4 kid friendly park.

Very friendly service, lovely quiet surrounds and great location.
Don’t stay anywhere else in Warny!

Great clean caravan park and we stayed in a beautiful cabin.
Pool area could be updated but otherwise enjoyed our stay very much. Staff were lovely and would definitely recommend
