We were just there on the weekend and never again would I go back! Not safety at all the gates at the front were open at all time. Staff not that friendly on our arrival. Bendigo big4 was much better!

We stayed here for 2 nights and in my opinion it is over priced for the quality of the room. The room was old and had a strange smell. The hot water tap in the bathroom wouldn't turn on and the gap under the front door was large and made it very draughty. The floor was very dirty and my 9 month olds knees were black after crawling for only a couple of minutes.
However, the bed was clean and comfortable and the girl at the front was nice.

Poor location as it was near a road and railway. Also, needs another toilet block near the back. But great place for kids - splash pad, pool, minigolf, movie nights, pancake breakfast, etc.

We decided to have a weekend away and we booked to Big 4 Swan Hill nice little place in the country town. We checked in went to our villa want to make a coffee and there is no milk went to reception ask for it and the answer was no milk sorry normally we do have but not today. Not very impressed

The kids love this place. Recommend a family cabin up front near the pool, jumping pillow and splash park.
Much quieter down the back which would suit couples. The cabins are comfortable and well equipped but could be cleaner.

Plenty of shade and grassed site very good. Pool far too small and crowded. Water was cloudy and scum build up on the edges. All the games in the games room required pay to play and a few were broken. Men’s toilets were “cleaned” while I was in them. Camp kitchen pretty small. Not bad but not great either.

Recommended place in Swan Hill for a family camping trip. Plenty to do and the park puts on extra activities such as sausage sizzles and a live band. Kids had lots of fun at the splash park and riding karts around the park. The Games and TV room were fantastic for the toddlers and provides air con for the parents.

Ok if you don’t mind staying in overheated cabins, not maintained, starting to age. And swimming pool has poo in it.

Great place for kids with lots of fun activities, including Splash Park, jumping pillow, kids outdoor movie nights, street parties, mini golf, and pool, etc.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Pool is small and crowded for the size of the park.

Depends on what you go for but in a small town where there is nothing to do for kids and the new management decide to close splash park to anyone not staying at the park its pretty short sighted and very disappointing

One of the worst experiences of all. My partner and myself stayed in the cabin at the front near the reception around 2022/23 new years celebration weekend and we found the cabin to have cockroaches in the bedroon and in cabin too. The cabin also had bed bugs on the couch and in the bed. The shower didn’t work properly as it kept playing up with going from hot to cold to scalding hot and to no water. It was dirty inside.

To make the matter worse the staff were at times rude towards us and other people.

Made a booking for two powered sites, on website says pet friendly, called back 5 mins after booking to confirm pets are welcome got told no, not at peak times. Cancelled booking and got changed $40 to cancel the two sites, not happy when advertised pet friendly. Perhaps a note on the website saying no pets at peak times to prevent this happening to other people. Unfortunately if we had of taken our pets we would have been turned away after a almost 3 hour drive.

Good accommodation at a reasonable price, but leave your laptop in the car, no power points at all in the living area to plug in too.

Heaps of little spiders and webs around the roof of the cabin. Floor was dirty and needed sweeping. Worst of all you needed to be 6"6 to get into the bath to have a shower. The steps to help you get into the bath were useless as they just put you further up and away from the bath. The only positive thing was our cabin was out on it's own so it was quiet. Massive pothole just past the exit that you could have buried a truck in, that needs to be urgently fixed.

Generous grassed sites with ample parking space. Good clean amenities and loads of family activities.

Terrible! We were going to stay as a stopover on the way home to Melbourne for a night. We checked in, inspected the room, walked around the park and decided to drive straight back to Melbourne. As far as big 4 parks go this is the worst we've been to. Old rooms, dated facilities, tired entertainment areas and not well kept. Honestly not a great park and shouldn't share the big 4 name.

Place is falling apart. The cabins are so dirty and vile. Mold in showers. No mops or brooms and my feet got so so black from walking on the floor in the cabin.
