BIG4 NRMA Halls Gap Holiday Park

Our cabin is very rundown and then it rained and the cabin flooded. The carpet is filthy rooms are old everything is old. The kids mattresses in the bunkscare horrible very uncomfortable. The outdoor area in regards to the playground is at least 30 years old. Everything needs to be upgraded and it needs a big revamp and a lot of work done.

Over all great experience here lots of things to do for the family

Just abit disappointed when I raised an issue that one of the power points I connected my caravan into had a fault and made the whole frame of the van become alive at 90 volts.
After receiving a few shocks because of this fault I raised the issue and not even a apology was given.not looking for hand outs but could of been alot worse if the van was alive at 240 volt and I had 2 kids in the van at the time

Convenient location. There is plenty of space and facilities for kids and adults. Good place to stay and camping

Great location, close to all the local attractions like pinnacle lookout, McKenzie falls and Venus baths. Also so many other things to explore and see, the accomadtion is great for a family and lots of kangaroos around for the kids. Fair price and cabins have what you need with shops also not to faraway

Great location 2 minute drive from town.
Our cabin was clean no issues there. Kangaroo's roaming freely through the camp grounds, deer and emu's also get about depending on the time of day.

What an excellent place to stay in, such a clean place, tidy with beautiful views and the location is perfect, few minutes from the town. Big shout to Dee for being helpful, she went above and beyond to help us with getting a a place to stay there.i can write a whole easy about this place and their staff but you have to go there to know what i mean.
Thank you guys for providing such amazing experience.

Very close to all the sites that we wanted to visit up in Halls Gap, There are 2 pools, the first one is cold but the second one behind it is heated perfectly even in cold weather! Had a great time here, Dee at reception was especially welcoming and helped us with our booking, cant wait to visit again!

This is our third year in a row coming here.
It is the last time.
It would appear times are tuff at the caravan park.
Booked in a cabin for 8 nights 3 days later asked for some fresh towels and told normally charge $5.00
So then go back in the afternoon to ask again for some fresh towels. Sorry forgot.
6 nights in no offer of new bedding yet.
Just have to look around to see times are tuff, usually have the fire going in the movie room at night for the kids not any more.
Ask for the Bear Grills adventure. Host seemed to be annoyed having to set up for the kids Sorry we will not be back next year.

This is our second stay here. The location is great and the kids had a ball on the jumping pillow, however much of the school holiday activities the kids enjoyed during our last stay have been replaced by a Bear Grylls activity camp that is for over 6’s and expensive, so that was disappointing, especially on the rainy days we experienced. We stayed in a 3bd cabin, it was dated, the kitchen was not very well appointed and the mattress was terrible. Factors that could have been overlooked if it was not for the premium prices charged due to school holidays. The grounds are nice and spaced out compared to other camp grounds in the area but we’ll be staying somewhere else next time we visit the grampians. The front desk lady is in dire need of a break or career change.

My husband and I stayed in one of the cabins over Easter and were harrassed by some kids for 2 nights with loud banging on front door that was forceful enough to knock stuff off the wall. We complained to management, but there is not much they could to.which is completely fair. If you are a couple looking for a relaxing stay in Halls Gap perhaps look elsewhere.seems this holiday park is unfortunately frequented by families with unruly kids.

Stayed there for a week. Convenient location. Great facilities for kids entertainment, we stayed in a cabin and was well cleaned and staff there were nice. Definitely recommended.

Nise park but very dirty lot's of rubbish everywhere and the man toilets were very dirty in 1 of the man Show there was verb on the ground 5 day's long

Great having an EV charger on site. $10 charge for pedal bikes. Room very clean and big. Reception a little forward. Noise at night having powered sites close to cabins.

Great holiday park heaps to do and see would highly recommend will be visiting again for sure close to everything you need.

Always a great caravan park to stay at Christmas time and new year for 2 weeks great pool to keep cool on the hot days like today going to be around 40°c

A nice place, the location is amazing with stunning views. We stayed at our tents. The showers are clean and maintained, also the kitchen is very good with everything you need to make. There are 2 nice pools and some playes for kids - small playground, tennis court, video games and trampoline.
There are many walk trails near by, and a small resturant and caffee.
We liked it.

Great place for a large family get together. Plenty to do locally. The top line cabins are excellent. Good for kids.

The location is great but the venue isn’t. So disappointed in the cleanliness of everything from the mould around the tiles and sink to the dirty pots. The non stick frypan is burnt out, the taps all drip, some of the down lights don’t work, the carpet is so dirty your feet are black. Shampoo and conditioner supplied but no soap! Booked for 4 but only one bed made up while the other beds have been provided with substandard sheets and a blanket bagged for your protection against covid. Obviously the double bed won’t be infected with Covid. That old chestnut has reached its use by date! And all this on the first day! Would not recommend!

Stayed here last night with my family, on the way back to Melbourne, from Adelaide. My wife and kids had never been to Halls Gap, and I hadn't been since I was a kid, so we made a stopover for the night. Great place to stay, studio cabin had everything you need for a one or two night stay for 4 people. A bigger cabin might be needed for a longer stay. 2 minute drive to the town centre and central to plenty of walking/hiking opportunities. Kangaroos abound! Will definitely stay here again

Fantastic park. Spacious sites, heaps of stuff for the kids to do and close to town. Perfect family get away
