Lovely park, but too busy for a relaxing break. Seriously disappointing to see there are no disabled bathrooms in the entire park this day and age, especially given it's size. It is also by far the most expensive holiday park we have ever booked a van site for and for that reason I'm not sure I would return. Well, that, and the 4 pubic hairs on the ensuite site toilet seat on our arrival.

Staff were very friendly and the hygiene of the unit was good. Unlike the advertising, there was almost no Wi-Fi signal and it was impossible to use, and it was very unpleasant because the warm water was not supplied well, I had to sleep my little ones without a shower.

Great caravan park, but it's overpriced and they forced us to park our cars outside the park on the road, even though there were ample place to park inside

Cabins are very small and very dated. Photos do not accurately reflect the state. Air conditioner didn't have temperature regulation. Park was over crowded. Scooter pump track is advertised as a big benefit but it cannot be used early or late as disrupts neighbours! BBQ dinner line was 2 hours long. Park manager is very rude and very abrupt. Office staff are not welcoming or approachable. Very expensive for facilities offered. Would never stay here again.

Fantastic facilities, especially for kids, including indoor heated pool, indoor heated water park, playground, bouncing pillow, basketball courts etc. The place is extremely well run and very clean and we had a great time here with our grandkids over the school holidays.

Nice and neat park but just that little to expensive. Come on granprix weekend with no interest in it at all, still got charged premo prices with heaps of spots left in the park. It's no wonder free camping places are getting more and more popular.

Comfy beds but noisy reverse cycle heating that kept us awake. I moved into the bunks room just to get some sleep. Had to get night manager to get TV going, too. Location easy to find.

The has an overcrowded feel. Way too many caravanners. Some permanent cabins are so ugly and outdated. Indoor water park is the main attraction. Games room very limited when comparing to other holiday parks.

This is an awesome places for families to go on a summer holiday. Plenty to do for everyone. Swimming pool, water activity park indoors, bike/scooter track, basket ball court, tennis court, short walk to the beach and also a short walk to the town center where there is plenty of cafes to enjoy a lovely coffee. Great kids park too.

Stayed here for a week, and what a great week it was! A great place to go with family and friends, especially if you have kids, great things to keep them occupied such as Jumping Cushion, Water Park, Pool, Tennis, Games Room, Bike Track.we stayed in a Superior Cabin, it was well appointed with everything you could need and was great that it had its own BBQ on the deck!

Will definitely be returning in the near future and only a 2 hour drive from Melbourne

Great facilities. Kids had a ball at the waterpark and the indoor pool. Considering it was a wet weekend, these facilities made the trip worthwhile.

A truly marvellous holiday location for anyone with a young family. Great facilities, pools, playground, and jumping pillow. Lots of kids with bikes and scooters can ride safely on the roads inside the park. The location is beside the beach, and five minute drive/15 easy walk to the town centre, where there's plenty of shops and cafes. I'd highly recommend staying here (especially if you have kids)

My husband, 4 year old daughter and I ventured to inverloch for our first ever camping trip! We decided to book a site with BIG4 Inveloch.
From the get go we were extremely impressed with their service. The front office staff were very welcoming, the facilities were clean and maintained. We booked an en-suite site. The en-suite was clean and was a erviced with toilet paper and clean towels and even had a heated cealing light! It made coming out of the shower a lot easier on the cooler nights/mornings. The facilities are great for the little ones - enclosed play ground, massive jumping pillow (even parents were having a go!) great splash park with decent slides for the kids and an indoor heated pool which had varying depths - again well thought through for kids. The park was peaceful and manicured. Shops were close by - a couple mins to fish n chip shops, ice creamery and smaller specialty stores a 10min drive to the Wonthaggi Shopping district with shops like Woolies and Coles to Bunnings and Supercheap Auto and everything in between. Nice places to go out for dinner as well, although we mainly ate on site with clean easy to use BBQ facilities. Beaches in the area are amazing. Only a minite to the shoreline. Safe and clean. Patrolled surf beaches and lots of places to fish too! We will be back next year and feel so lucky to have had our first camping trip with BIG4 Inveloch. The benchmark has been set.

Great amenities. The waterpark is fun for kids and adults. But the cabins were under equipped. Only 3 towels for 3 people over 2 days. Given that we drenched the towels at the water park they were useless for after a shower.

This is our second stay at a Big 4 park. Inverloch is smaller than Bellarine and send to be more crowded as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. We actually stayed in the Palm Waters unit directly outside the park, as we missed out on a preferred cabin. The park offered us a slight discount as they double-booked us, which was very nice. The unit is very nice and a typical unit, really. We found the beds a bit too hard for or looking, but we had lots of fun.
The splash zone is awesome and everyone will have fun, from the two slides to the big bucket. 9am to 6 (?) pm, or a bit later (?). The only thing I'd say is that they need a staff member or lifeguard constantly there, and also monitoring the adjoining swimming pool. I saw three kids fall over and hurt themselves because they were running. Their own fault, but could've potentially been avoided. Would be costly, though. The pool is warm, but no spa. Change rooms in the pool.
The park has one jumping pillow only, basketball and tennis courts, lots of room for bikes and scooters and a small, but fun, playground. Shared cooking facilities washing facilities as well. Directly next to the beach and really close to town. They sell ice and hire (?) DVDs at reception. Great for families.

We had the most wonderful 4night stay here. We love staying at Big4 caravan parks and have stayed at many in the past. This parks facilities are by far the best we have used. The splash park and pool is great for hot or cold weather and our boys loved the jumping pillow and scooter track. We didn’t use the camp kitchen, but we were very impressed with its set up and facilities. Staff were lovely and very helpful. With the beach being only just across the road, it was easy to walk down (no shoes needed) and explore the surroundings with the kids while the tide was out. It was a 3.5 hour trip for us but definitely worth it. We hope to return for Easter next year.

What a superb Big4 Holiday park! We always have a great time there. Perfect position, so friendly staff and so much to do or just relax. It is just a wonderful and safe place to holiday. We miss the place already and look forward to returning next year.
