Great stay. Great facilities for the kids. Cabin was clean and staff were great. Special mention to Daniel and Dylan at reception.

Staying here for 2 nights. Very good so far, although they do need a ramp for the camp kitchen and toilet at the end where they seem to be building.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. They accommodated us at very late notice due to inclement weather. The accommodation was tip top in a brand new cabin. Will happily visit again.

A very nice park. Reasonable facilities. Amenities were all kept quite clean. Fantastic setup at the rear of the park if you are caravaning with a dog (see photo). Staff were all very friendly. The only down side some people might find is its very close to the airport and right in the approach and departure path of one of the runways and a bit of night flying goes on there.

My son and I stayed January 13-16 in a Banksia cabin - not my first choice but was the only available at the time we were free to stay.

Upon arrival we found the rubbish from previous guests was not emptied and the fridge was not cleaned/wiped down. I told the front reception and he cleaned out the rubbish bin.

The carpet is very dirty and the couch is terrible - fully could not sit on it as it sunk in and there was a wood brace/bar along the lower back.

The beds are terrible, the queen bed had a clip attached to mattress protector (? For electric blanket) exactly where someone would lay, at chest height - made for three very uncomfortable sleepless nights. The bunk bed mattress sink in the middle.

There were two white tail spiders in the bunk bed room.

The pool - would have been gorgeous when first built, but the tiles are crumbling/falling off - we stepped on multiple tiles and put them on the side of the pool. The crumbling grout was on the bottom of the pool which hurt to step on and wasn’t nice to find in our hair. The pool is desperate to be fixed and in all honesty if my son wasn’t obsessed with pool time I would have banned going in!

Otherwise there are plenty of drive through sites. It’s a very small caravan park, which has its advantages to feel safe and contained. The showers cost money, a poor family arrived late on Friday evening and didn’t have coins so couldn’t shower.

We will not return, if the pool is fixed and if cabins are cleaned/upgraded then would consider.

Very sad to give a bad review but it is mainly as a result of the value for money. For just shy of $400 for a single night stay, this was NOT worth it.

There was NO WIFI in our cabin which was frustrating beyond belief as the staff knew WIFI did not extend to the cabin was given and advised it was "on the list" for the updates. This MUST be disclosed in booking process as with 3xteenagers and both hubby and I needing to take work calls, this was extremely unfair.

Positives. The facilities were great for kids - lots of options, pool was fabulous and really easy to supervise. Loved love the bouncey cushion and the recreation area would be fabulous for long term. The check-in staff was super friendly and courteous, and everything was functional in the basic rooms for a pleasant stay.

Negatives · No wifi (already mentioned - major drag)
For a 1 night stay at premium rates, I should have been told this and TBH, would not have booked.

The master bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Would suggest a topper is added or upgraded as we were really sore on this bed.

There were not enough towels for a family of five - don't understand this as we were made to pay extra for each child and it was likely there would have been swimming

Asked for a late checkout and was told it was ok and then, on the morning got told exit by 10.30 when we discussed 12-2pm. Frustrated again because of cost, checkin at 2pm (which was delayed because of queue of people) and change of mind on checkout. Had we been able to wait a couple of hours, I think we would have felt better bang for our bucks.

Single 2-seater couch with super small TV area which would have meant three would need to sit on kitchen chairs to watch small TV together.

Personally, I do not believe you are set up for overnights. More for long-termers and long stays. This is the only way we would return if we stayed for several days at a different price point. BTW< this was a very BASIC 2BR cabin (one double bed and 2xbunks in a very small holiday cabin) - it is called deluxe but.

Long review as some of these things would not annoy travellers but for a one night stay, not overly happy.

Just got back from spending a week there. We stayed in a super ensuite site, it was a huge site and ensuite was clean and big. Very clean and quiet park. Indoor pool was awesome, huge so even if a lot of people in there you still had part of the pool to yourself. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend and we will be back one day. Kids loved it

Love this place. First time visitor and will definitely be back again. Kids loved it.
Booked powered tent site. Everything is covered for kids & adults to enjoy. From carts (single double) Gaming monitors, air hockey, table tennis, tennis court, pool table, swimming pools, jumping pillow, play areas, movies (popcorn was free while it lasted lol). Kitchen and toilet facilities very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Happy customer here. No complaints from me which means 5 out of 5 stars.

Unmade road in front of unit, l suffer from severe hayfever l have not suffered that bad in a long time. The couch was filthy and stunk of feet, a steam clean needs to be done. No paid tv, They said wifi but it hardly worked and when it did it cut us off in five min. No mop to wash the floor. No hand sanitizer in the room as needed for covid19. Work being done on the park. No oven l had food that needed an oven had to throw it out as l half cooked it at home could not but in the microwave.
With what we paid for 2 nights (393.00)
I booked in there thinking by what feed back was given it would be worth the cost but very bad experience if you don't have children l definitely would not recommend.
They have an indoor pool tennis and a jumping castle.so quite noisy. For a family be OK.

My family and I had a short 3 day break and stayed at Big4 Ballarat Windmill Holiday park. This place is great, quiet, has really good accommodation, great kids play area and a large indoor pool and spa. We had such a great time! The staff are very, very friendly and welcoming we’d definitely stay here again!

Wow, you'd never guess this picturesque gem could be so close to town. Absolutely beautiful park, gardens and trees immaculate. Stayed in a cabin and definitely coming back. Dog friendly including enclosed outside yard. Beautiful grassed sites, not small, theyd help you back in, management very helpful. Review pictures say it all

Really great weekend. The staff were very friendly and let us leave a few hours late. The heated swimming pool and games room meant that the rainy and cold weather wasn't a problem at all.

Very secure site. Very professional check in. Allowed us to check in a bit early. Great location on Remembrance drive. Very clean and new facilities. Indoor heated pool and two spas. Decent play equipment. Card operated entrance/exit gates way easier than pin codes.

A great place for a family holiday in bushy surroundings. The large indoor pool and playground are great for big and little kids, there are go carts to hire, tennis and basketball skirts and some chooks to visit. The owners put on movie nights with popcorn and craft activities for the children during the school holidays. Our cabin was clean and comfortable and there was a visiting coffee cart in the morning. Thanks for a terrific stay, we'll be back.

The dog friendly cabin was rather new, clean and convenient. Oh and have I mentioned that it's dog friendly?

Fenced area for pets is a great idea, showers and toilets are very nice, unfortunately others don't clean up after themselves, apart from that nice place.
