Couldn't find a trolley and eventually found what I was after. Good pricing and the guy at check out was very friendly

Got a few items for my son at $2 a pop two long sleeve tops, a hoodie and a winter jumper, Happy, service was good

Tried to collect at click to boot as instructed, but my order wasn't ready, and the assistant wasn't sure they would be able to find what I ordered, nor did he offer any additional assistance to help me get the items I wanted.

Extremly disappointed with this store. Tried ringing and emailing. No one replies or answers the phone. Ordered photos and were supposed to be ready the next day and i am 6 days in and still havent got them.

Being a department store, one can find lots of bargains here.

Order missing in shipment. No one picks up call. Please avoid BIG W. This is very frustrating.

They said shipping for 100cm by 100cm item in 1 x 1 foot box.

While visited click and collect service desk, they cant help. Such a shame for such a big store.

Look this is most like the better Big W then Altona meadows, much bigger and lot more stock and more staff on-site to help

Big W Werribee are hopeless!
They never answer a phone, have called 3 days in a row.
Staff are rude and not helpful with any enquiries.

Find a different Big W.
Also disconnect their phone if they can’t seem to pick it up.

Big W at current service levels deserves below 0 review score. I am just wondering what would be the appropriate word to define their below pathetic services. They seems cheaters with fraudulent modus operandi. They appears online as they have enough stocks to buy right now for the same day Click and Collect order which they don't have infact. As expected no one is there to pick up the call to at least update the order status. Beware guys.

Very slow, too slow for a reasonable wait time.
The phone numbers on help line for products are not answered either.
It show a lack of commitment to shoppers and lack of care to communicate with public.
In my opinion I think I will shop somewhere else.

Beware with buying items from Big W while it's click n collect or delivered. Products I purchased online had been pre used and I only realised when I got home. Obviously a previous customer had used the product, returned it and it was re packaged and given to me. CHECK YOUR ITEMS THOROUGHLY WHEN YOU PICK UP FROM OUTSIDE STORE OR ITS DELIVERED TO YOU. It's another nightmare trying to get your money back and a staff member/ Manager telling you, you must of used product. Items were from the BIG W WERRIBEE store.

Cheap and well cheap. For a low cost I can buy 3 with 2yr warranty. $39 or buy one for $169 with 12 month warranty
Big W wins with 6 years for $120. It's just like kmart only cheaper

Today is October 31st so I waited 21 days for them to tell me the order was ready and on top of that I ask for a refund the lady says ok and hangs up no respect

Ordered click and collect and I've heard nothing from them and no matter how much you call you can't contact them, can't find an email address.
Poor service

CLICK AND COLLECT I WAITED FOR A VERY LONG TIME CONSIDERING THE CASUAL STAFF THAT are currently unemployed and unable to work due to the pandemic you would think instead of cutting costs they would put more staff on to service customers

Day click and collect we waited a full 2 business days to collect some stocked items - toys for our kids. Watch the deceiving behaviour being used by large department stores throughout these times

I placed an order this morning for click and collect
And still haven't heard nothing from this pathetic store

I have been sitting out for 3 hours at BIG W WERRIBEE. Have ordered 2 Lego cars online. Staff has told me that they haven't got the order yet, even I provided with confirmation email with order number and receipt.
Did not knew ordering online with BIG W could be ruining my Saturday.
Can not even cancel the order, so I can pick up my stuff from some other retailer.
Definitely, could use some better system to handle orders.
All I want is to cancel my order if they can't give it to me. Their manager just said call customer support, they can not help me. I am on hold with customer support for over 30 minutes now.
