BIG W Water Gardens

Big W has everything I need from party section to clothes and shoes. I bought bedroom slippers very cute for price $10. I would recommend need more option for women's clothes like cardigans/Blazers / jackets etc. Over all 8/10.

Yesterday Sunday: I've always really liked Big W, any Big W location. I find it so cool and so awesome how, among the broad range of things they sell, I for one know if I ever needed any now in my late 20s, I certainly like their stocking and range of affordable low prices pregnancy tests and condoms like the dark blue lifestyles brand. Groovy.meanwhile, I enjoyed buying my white long shirt, lilac short sleeve, mouthwash and antibacterial soap, and more today hooray, lol, for Big W. Maybe someday they'll open up chemists/pharmacists within Big W with a Big W in future so that they offer birth control pills or flu vaccine shots someday, that'd be so cool as that's the only thing missing and Telfast, maybe one day they'll be Big W branded Chemists/Pharmacy in stores. Anyways.

Extremly poor turnaround time on click and collect orders. By the time they go out and pick up the stock from the floor it's been sold and they don't end up fulfilling the order. It shouldn't take more than a day to do a click and collect order, it should be a few hours to ensure you fulfill the order.

Well Set Out Store, Easy To Find What You Want, Areas Clearly Signed and They Provide Staffed Checkouts As Well As Self Serve

Went to the $7 plus rack and saw the shorts l wanted and that brand had no prices on their tags. Looked at other brands and they had $10 and $12 on them. Took the ones l wanted and charged $9 each. Talked to the manageress and said this way is direct from head office. Well Big W you are blatantly cheating the public and at this rate you need to close MORE stores.

Big W door greeter and security are very friendly handing out free books to kids very polite kind great customer service

Friendly helpful staff in a well organised and tidy environment. Christmas bargains to be had.

One lady worker stared at me after I smiled at her upon first visit like I was about to steal something

Shout out to the lovely lady at the ballon counter this morning, I needed a few balloons blown up on the spot, it was no trouble for her and her customer service was excellent. Thank you for making our granddaughters home coming even more special.

Poor customer service by the staff at the entrance/exit today (04/11/22), she had a bad attitude and made an insulting comment. I felt like I was being treated like a thief despite showing the receipt from another store and noting that the items in the bag weren't even available for purchase at Big W.

This BigW is just like every other one. No difference. It has all thr necessary items that you probably don't need but will buy. Prices are good.

TRY KMART and TARGET. They treat customers better.
UPDATE: item returned but arrogance was at its highest level. Store manager was ordered by central customer service to call and refund the product. She did. However, when returning it, the store manager tried to make me feel guilty returning the item and going through the complaint process. She was asked to apologise. No wonder why they are rude. All of this for a product worth less than 40 bucks.
CUSTOMERS BE WARNED. RETURN POLICY SEEMS SELECTIVE. Extremely rude customer service manager and team. I bought a mattress protector that says silent protective sheet. When I opened it, it is like a plastic bag that is not silent at all. I went back after literally an hour time of purchasing it to return it back. They refused the return saying that it has been used and they can't return it for hygiene purposes. How would someone use something like that in such a short period of time? ! If they don't return such items, how come they don't warn customers about that. Many customers return all sorts of other items including clothing, underwear and other stuff. It is absolute nonsense to believe that other tried items pause no hygiene issues.

A tad bit disappointed while doing my shopping. There were hardly any prices on the shelf, making it difficult to see how much items are.
Scanning some laundry products were very hard to.
There's also difficulty of thinking s product and when you pay for it it's way dearer than you thought.

Tried to price match a product and got rejected and not impressed with the limited products that are available.

Today I walked into Big W Watergardens located at 399 Melton Hwy, Taylors Lakes VIC 3038. I visited their store in search of a Spatula for which I could flip patties with at home. When visiting their limited cooking section, I was greeted by a nice, young boy named Rosious Mosing Abary. He then counted on his experiences at Deer Park McDonalds, located at Cnr Ballarat Rd &, Westwood Dr, Burnside VIC 3023. Where he used to work as a patty flipper alongside my good friend Aiden Matthew D'Cruz. I requested that, using his experience as a former patty flipper, he demonstrated some of the spatulas they had on offer. Unfortunately, they were under lock and key, due to a rise in crime involving spatulas. That was alright though, because Mosing proceeded to break the employee code of conduct by granting me access to the spatula cupboard through his retina scan. I then was able to try out the different spatulas and their many forms, textures and stabilities. But I was shocked that he, being a new employee, only recently dropping out of CRC Sydenham, located at 380 Sydenham Rd, Sydenham VIC 3037, had the guile to break such a strict rule in the business' operations so early on in his career at Woolworths Group, located at 1 Woolworths Way, Bella Vista NSW 2153. Overall, I was impressed by Mosings' service and expect him to rise up the corporate ladder and one day, reach for the stars as his primary school Christ the Priest Catholic Primary School, located at 54 Caroline Springs Blvd, Caroline Springs VIC 3023, once taught him to do.

Not enough people to serve you especially for the older generation that don't know how to use self service, need more staff, need more Australian made product's.cheaper is not necessarily better.

They seem to have improved since last year. Such a good range of products, a clean store, easy to move around and access all items. Staff was helpful and very good process.

Went to big w today for mothers day with my daughter. Sadly we encountered a very negative experience with the staff and door security. Asked for store manager who laughed it off and did nothing to assist or resolve issue. Will be putting in a formal complaint tomorrow with head office. We were regular shoppers there but will no longer be after today. Exceptionally Poor customer service. Sad end to a nice day out. Retrain your staff big w in manners and customer service! Taking my business elsewhere. No stars. Not even a twinkle!
