BIG W Sunbury

I’ve been picking up parcels in Big w Sunbury even when lay-bys were around since it opened. The woman Mary on the back service pick up desk is very rude, very direct talks to me like I know nothing and I’m a a child. This is the third time! The man behind me shook his head and said that’s not right her doing that. I was trying to talk with her she looks down at her scanner not noticing I have my license on the counter I always have my LICENCE TO PICK UP online orders and I think she hates people or her job. Just treat me like a paying loyal customer that I am, thanks very much I am not shopping there again! I’m sure there are many others that would like a smile from her now and then. I’m going to Watergardens

Staff are very friendly.
Would love to see a maternity range here and more stock of children's essentials (Leggings, trackies, jumpers) especially around the change of season when the store sell out of children's basic jumpers.
Definitely need to stock more school basics.

Hands down worst BigW store in Victoria, called the store before going to pickup an online order to make sure the order was fulfilled, was told the order was fulfilled including a Christmas tree. Upon reaching there, they said the Christmas tree was out of stock. Offered no compensation, rather was told to take the display piece for further 10% off or leave the store by Ryan. He wasn't happy to be at work and that showed in the way he treated us, either his manners, or he was a classic example of how racists behave, nevertheless not returning to the store ever again!

Awful awful customer service by the two middle aged ladies at the returns/layby service desk especially the one with short brown hair! Extremely rude and disrespectful. If they hate their job then they should leave. Not even one smile. They serve everyone like they are doing them a favour. Why the hell are the working in customer service when they treat customers like rubbish? Never seen such appalling customer service. Will never visit this store again.

Very helpful staff, particularly the young man finding things in the toy department I was looking for as gifts for my granddaughter

I wanted a big "W" and they would not give me one. Very misadvertising. I am not happy.

Staff are great with me attending with my service dog and I can do my household shopping like anyone else.

Easy to find everything massive sale items, staff sometime helpful they do need to teach them to help and not send you in the wrong area that's drives me nuts waste of time

Went at around 2pm on Fri and got a car park near the entrance. The store wasn't too busy. Plenty of specials and staff around the store to give assistance.

I visited here on the 18th of December I spoke to a very helpful staff member named Rhys who was run off his feet helping and serving so many people. As my order was difficult (as I wasn't sure what I wanted) I explained to him what I wanted. I told him I'd call back later as he was so busy. He took my phone no. & told me he would call me back. This happened later he explained he had put a product away for me, to be picked up the following day. On my return everything was in order. This team member went way and above customer expectations. Five stars to him. One star to management for leaving one person with such a work load with no support.

Phoned them this morning looking for a blow up bed. They put one aside and I picked it up within the hour. Great service.

Thank you to Chelsea for helping me fine what I needed! Customer service was above and beyond and you don’t see that too often elsewhere!

Great Employs and Wonderful people, I got my Lego Batman set for my Son and he loved it. Defiantly coming back here!

Not the best but it is big W.maybe my expectations are too high. Customer service could be better though

Oh just lovely the bonsai trees were looking just fine. Got a cat pole for special agent cooper (the cat) for $9

Friendly staff. I forgot to bring my mask during Covid and they provided me with one. Lots of cute baby clothes for good price

One of the worst big w stores. They don't even know what exactly is in their own inventory! Things that they have in stock are shown that they are not in stock and lots of things that are shown in stock aren't actually there in the store. You basically cannot trust their site. You just have to go into the store.
