BIG W Pakenham

The shop is like any other BIG W only i don't know what it is but every single time i have been here the whole front of the shop stinks like BO.

No air conditioning extremely unorganised no staff when I walked around for 20 minutes looking for staff the one particular product that I want to purchase for my daughter they could not locate it. None of them looked in the computer to see if there was some in stock extremely poor experience, the owner operator or head office need to look into it as the staff and management of this location have dropped the ball, severely.

Clean well stocked. Always well greeted & staff always helpful.

I went to Big W for swimwear but unfortunately the range and sizing was very limited. Hopefully as we move into warmer weather their range will increase

Great place that sells just about everything. This is the go-to shop if you cant find an item in the rest of the Mall shop. Prices are very competitive and affordable. Variety and good quality products are availsble. The childrens range if toys and clothing from babies to all ages is extensive and covers a great range. All clothing ranges from children to adults have a generous availability in size range. A very refreshing shopping experience.

You are also welcomed at the entrance by a lovely doorman or lady who is very pleasant and politely helpful.

Love this shop.

Another interesting location. Many shelves empty and surrounded by people wearing tracky pants or oneseys.

Best shop in the old side of pakenham if you are bored and wanna browse this is the place for you.

Was extremely confusing lol but in the end made my way around. The staff were helpful and plenty of bargains on offer

I'm usually happy with Big W but putting up the cost of layby to a $15 non refundable fee and a $20 cancellation fee is absolutely ridiculous. I won't be laybying there anymore.

I just took my son for his driving test and tried to kill time in Big W. First I bought a couple of things, then my son came and he bought his steel capped boots. The selfserve checkout woman, standing right in front of approached us only after we paid and of course the security tag went off while walking out.
I advised her, that any other shop selling items like that would ve advised that a security tag would need to checked before leaving the store so it saves one the embarrassment. She just stood there, no customer service skills no acknowledgement of customer. I felt a slight racist attitude as well. I will never return back just because of the person with no people skills being put where she's.such big company should be way more selective when employing in customer service.

Big w have a great range of well priced products though they could get a better range of kids clothes

I have been to many big w's in my lifetime.i met this young lad on my way to the party section, he was wearing a party hat and trying to trip people over.i stood up to the young lad and told him that he should live his young life well but not by hurting people and he responed to that by grabbing a toy sword and plungeded into my stomach, i cried for years and im finally brave enough to tell my story.thanks - em &em

Not very fair when we Aussies get labelled racist all the time but the security guy pulls me out to check my bags yet let's 4 others before and after me go through that are his own nationally. We all had trolleys with bags yet I was the only one he checked.

Department store, decently stocked and friendly employees. Better option than slogging it to the really big shopping centre.

Great sales, deals, and staff at a convenient location.
Is no kmart, but it has its moments

Very rude and incompetent staff, after making a $750 order online and calling to see if it was available to be collected and advised yes. Upon attending the shop I was told my order hadn't been processed and wasn't there to be collected in quiet a rude manner by staff, they then actually found my order that was actually ready mind you their policy is to check identification upon collection of your order however I wasn't asked for identification and received my order. I was that unimpressed with their service I actually lodged a formal complaint to big w regarding their staff and I am yet still to receive any correspondence from my complaint. If I were you I would seriously seek another alternative than to deal with this store.

Seems to always be low on stock, says things are in store when online, but can't find it in the shop.even the staff can't find items

Since indoor shopping has started noticed a big difference. Looking good with increased variety of choices. And looks more spacious.
