Good party section has all party kids stuff I need.service was okay and friendly. Need more option womens clothes like Blazers and cardigans and jackets etc. Over all 8/10

Good selection but the store is messy and unintuitive. Constant long checkouts process. Chaotic atmosphere however the staff are very friendly, especially in the book section.

Really rude staff little female with tattoos at this store she needs to learn how to deal with people

This is the 4th time I've had to wait over 45mins for drive click and collect! Keep calling and calling, no answer. Ring the bell, no answer! Most times I have my little one with me waiting for so long! Not good enough! Seriously get your act together!

Really disappointed to have come to Woodgrove specifically to visit 2 shops, one being BigW and to have not been allowed in at 3.45pm, a full 15 minutes before closing, especially given I was there for 1 very specific item. At my business we would NEVER refuse a customer in this way.

Denied a refund on a faulty product because I was told the product does what it’s meant to do so it’s considered change of mind.
Only to contact customer service and be told they do 90 day returns on change of mind.
I had to do 2 trips and in total spent 2 hours of my time due to someone just not wanting to give me a refund.

Disappointed that the staff at melton can’t follow what your company policy in regards to refunds are. I was given the run around for no apparent reason other then they just didn’t want to give me a refund.

My product was faulty, and was returned. Absolutely not a change of mind but even if it was I was still entitled under your policy.

Very slow click and collects. Orders before 12 are supposed to be ready same day! This store is terrible. Keep up or get a new manager.

On their website: Order by 12pm and pickup after 4pm same day.
Reality: Order 9am and wait until you start seeing grass is growing under your feet

It's a decent shop with a good variety of items, quality isn't always great but prices are fair and it's catering for us middle class family shoppers, staff keep to themselves with no interaction with customers, it doesn't make you want to return in a hurry.

Range of corsets available was poor. Didn’t have the powdered wig size I needed. My fop costume is now ruined.

I called the store a few minutes after closing time (I wasn't sure of the trading hours) person answered the phone with "oh hey we're closed" and hung up. Most unprofessional

Well organised store with pretty good you sale. Have options for both assisted and self checkout.

Doesn't Price Match Games.

Just walked over to JB HI FI and got it price matched. Saved $21 walking less than 100m.

I bought two pairs of nice looking casual shoes, only $22 for both. Also found the bike pump accessories I need for my blow up doll. Very happy.

The party section (staff) not very helpful. I would only say, if you dont like your job or manager, change job. Please visit another party store they might be more understanding than Woking for a big store. (also wear the musk properly) or don't wear it. Musk is for mouth not chin. Just saying.

Big W Melton has almost everything you need or want. Unfortunately they don't have fishing gear like most other Big W's do. But still good place

I always have an excellent experience here. I tried their click and collect service and the transaction was smooth, staff are very welcoming and always ready to help

Great prices. Great quality clothing. And decent for gaming.

Like most other Big W stores they have a large range of items for people to choose from. During covid most purchases have been click and collect and 8 have found Big W more reliable with stock over their competitors.
