BIG W Bendigo

The new layout is terrible.
No staff about in the store to ask where things were.
Finally i found what i was looking for, then I had to go find where to pay or it.
When i got there, a staff member was standing at the self serve entry blocking access, 3 other people just went to the check out where there was people waiting to take your money! Why force people to use self serve and then NOT let them use it?
Pathetic is all I can say.
I will be hoing to other places in future where they CARE about customers.

How cold and uninviting Big W has become.
You can't even buy photocopying paper anymore. Trying to copy Target now that's a disaster.

Fantastic new fitout! And so many staff willing to help - quite a rare thing in major retail stores like this.

Should really be shopping baskets at both ends of the store near the check out
Layout is a bit confusing but the shopping itself is good

Most of my works shirt and shoes I bought here. Reasonable price and quality very good, bedsheets and towels are in good qualities and reasonable price

Great store, but didn't have anything that i went there for that was saying it did online, disappointed.

Great range of major household items and electrical products and clothing. Also stocks cosmetics and fashion accessories. Children's books and toys.

I could not find what I was looking for. The staff member found it for me.i was extremely grateful.

Great store to navigate, plenty of room and well set up.
The Book section is bigger than I expected, so happy with that.
Self serve checkouts were easy to get through and efficient.
Door greeter and self serve staff were helpful and friendly.

Hardly anything in the women's section of clothing very poor for such a big store. Heaps of men's clothes but

No-one wants to buy your 300% upmarket Apple products. We just want your helium balloons, that's all.

Your decor is pretty good though.

Nice and clean, busy but enough staff to help people out. Maybe the hivis vests could do with a clean for some but otherwise all staff were happy to assist all customers.

Always friendly staff, clean store, well stocked and organised shelves. Never an issue with false advertising or unhelpful service. Keep up the good work Bendigo BigW! Certainly a top outlet recommended!

Range and quality of women's clothes is not that great anymore. Only has limited numbers if any of some lady's sizes. The styles are a bit old fashioned too and very poorly made. Boys clothes size 8 and up, the sizing is not consistent. T-shirts from 8-12 were all the same size in width and only a little big longer in length. I probably won't shop for clothes there anymore as they are not very nice clothes, they don't fit properly or last.

I order my special coffee from Big W because I can't get it anywhere else. Sometimes it's on the shelf, but other times only available online. So last time I ordered it online. It was so easy to do, I get my rewards points added, and delivery is cheap and fast.

When there everything was well stocked except bedding related items. There was hand sanitiser as you enter and cleaning supplies for the trolleys.

Great store and Staff, always prefer Big W and Target over cheap Kmart.
The stuff and merchandise they sell is of so much better quality as compare to some of the cheap plastic Kmart sells and dumping into Australia.
This Store has everything you need and at great prices.hope they never close it down and keep running. Thanks

I love BIG W Bendigo because it's easily accessible to where I live and is situated amongst a group of other shops that I frequent.

Not a bad place to shop, though only some of the staff appear to be of any assistance. The rest seem to be in a zombie like state. Perhaps age group? Lack of training? I couldn't be sure. They were friendly all the same though!
