It's very jog and has good options but the change room is all the way in the corner and really hard to find

Easy to navigate, lots of choice, I love T/shirts. Books. Lots of lollies, , karingal is changing a lot, not finished yet, big w easy to find and I find my way there each and every time,

Great service inside the store, no one at registers took a while for them to finally decided to open one up.we had a queue of three people who don't use self check out.

Just moved to Frankston easy access to drive to, found every thing I needed, lots of other stores & take out's as well.

Large store equals massive variety. Items are high quality, prices are great & the staff are polite. What more can you ask for?

Good place and space to shop. Affordable and quality items in store. Although I feel like they do usually have fewer items on stock. Overall would come once in awhile to shop on their sale.

The stores are inviting the security are intrusive and rude following you around store but hey the bins area highlight we love you big W

After Shopping at a smaller store (Wonthaggi store been my closest,) was great to get into a BIG Big W, so.much.more to.offer, cant wait to go back when centre is finished.

Plenty of parking always brings me back to Big W & the great variety & prices & the normally friendly staff at the entrance

Renovations are coming along nicely. Looking forward to shopping the new retail shops once the upgrade is complete.

Easily accessible from east side of the shopping centre. Not too crowded so you don't have to wait in a line to get in.

Big W is well stocked, tidy and staff is very helpful. I bought online and did click and collect. Bit late now for doing that for Christmas

One of the best Big W stores. It has always been a good store. We do not have a Big W anywhere near us so I make sure I go to Karingal when I visit Melbourne. Great works underway at Karingal at the moment. It will be interesting to see on my next visit.

A excellent place to shop, great range of products, open and inviting, easy place to browse and purchase your goods. Friendly staff.

Busy lots of Christmas ideas. Brought some awesome gifts. Carpark still under construction though everyone taking it easy.
