Big Valley Motor Inn

Easy check in, paid over phone so could check in late. Room was clean, but the single bed had a broken leg, so my daughter fought the wall as the bed was on a bad lean. Swimming pool was dirty, not fit for swimming. Was pet friendly which was great as we had a poodle with us.

Stayed here a week ago and forgot review so here it is. Nice motel. Room clean. Staff friendly. Close to everything.

We booked four rooms for our group on the way to viv snow fields.all rooms very clean, comfortable and reception was very helpful! Would recommend - cheap doesn't always mean bad!

The hostess at reception was cordial & happy.
The room was comfortable & very clean, but importantly affordable. I would recommend the Big Valley Lakeside Motor Inn to my family & friends for sure.

Fantastic room hadwa lovely night beds Clean the only down side was the glass in the shower needs to be replaced and the sink in the vanity needs replacing but my husband and I would stay There again

You get what you pay for. Beds were fine & clean. Bathroom was clean & large. Def some repairs needed throughout the room, but overall comfortable. Big TV was a hit with our 6yo.

The Big Valley Motor Inn is lovely, clean, and quiet for the night's sleep Close to all places you need to get too in Shepparton, including work and friends.

Their was Mold on the carpet in the corner of the room and electric wires hanging under the radio witch is dangerous otherwise it was okay I wish their was a kettle and a little sink where the fridge was otherwise it was okay

Family room was huge and great value. Friendly staff and lovely service. Quiet area with plenty of things near by.

Great motel, very quiet, clean and tidy. Friendly staff, very close to main shopping centre and the lake and easy to find and very easy to access. Highly recommended

The room is clean, but the three people can't receive the wifi signal at all, and the sound insulation is a bit poor.

The owners are very friendly and provide an atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it is in a central location making it easy to get to the town centre

Good clean rooms with everything you need. Smart tv to keep you entertained at night. A pool for those hot afternoons and bbq. The hosts are amazing and nothing is too difficult for them. Everytime i visit it feels like i have come home.

Older and very modest motel providing comfortable and affordable accommodation, but I have been blown away by the outstanding service. Friendly staff, daily tidy up of rooms and replenishment of tea and coffee (I've not experienced that for many, many years) and yummy breakfast room service. Motel provides a number of Foxtel channels, a small pool and microwaves in the rooms. Highly recommend if you want old school motel service at a cheap price. I know I'll be back!

A well loved, and exceptionally clean, not to mention new beds, comfort plus, The host's Anthony & Vicki are amazing &, genuine people, Nothing is a bother to these two, heater/Aircon turned on, good old fashioned family service, excellent place to stay.

We just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Anthony and the team at the Big Valley Motor Inn, for being so warm, welcoming and trying their best to accommodate for our needs! We are a business based in Melbourne and Anthony and his team made our experience staying in Shepparton Great!

The kiosk staff was hospitable.
However, the facilities were little bit old.
But good price especially with family.

Good value for money. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Stayed one night. Kids had their own room.

Need to put more toilet paper in the bathroom and there's not enough dishes to accomadate the number of people in the room.
