Hi, if this is of help to audio enthusiasts, not files.purchased an Audio Quest hdmi cable for my audio out to tv, main cable. I use Foxtel, Apple, Panasonic hi-end 4K bluray etc. Firstly, cable arrived in less than 5 days. Talk about looking after customers.secondly, cost. My theory in life is you get what you pay for. A costly cable over cheapies, but let’s just touch on benefits. Straight off, with apple device, and Stan 1080p subscription, you could easily enjoy benefits of 4K scaling.watching tennis, superb clarity, motion, no ball lag, and pristine sharpness. Heck, I didn’t even touch tv settings. Thirdly, on bluray, simply stunning, colourful, warm, not orange colours like older cable. All of this with one days viewing. I waited 5 years to buy top quality, future proof. My advice, if you have the equipment, spend that little extra. You’ll be amazed. Lifetime guarantee. Can’t wait to see what tech comes out to see just what this cable can do, ie: 8k. Highly recommended! See Spiros!

Bad customer service experience ever, waste my time and did even speak properly and very rude.

We were shopping around for setting up our home theater- Spiros helped us choose our configuration- he was meticulous, spent a lot of time with us explaining what would suit our room configuration - I wanted to spend more and upgrade but Spiros rightly pointed out the room configuration and what would work for us, we were never pushed for any upgrades or configuration, we were indeed pointed to the right information and ended up spending less money than originally planned- the installation was professional and flawless, the boys were very detailed, we are mighty impressed with the outcome, the team exceeded all our expections on our Home Theater so much that we enjoy our Home theater much more than actually going to Cinema theater! Thank you team!

Recently purchased a Paradigm V12 sub woofer from the Big picture people in Hoppers crossing. They were extremely helpful and accommodating.
I was unable to wait for a stand alone sub to be ordered in for me, so they happily split a set up so as I could take the sub home immediately.
Great service, and to top it off, the paradigm v12 sub has great base and sound when tied to my Onkyo Amplifier. They were also happy to beat other prices I had received. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Personally for me, these guys would get a 5 star and a medal just for stocking my favourite brand - Paradigm!
But, Spiros was patient, helpful and more than accomodating.
Troy was super helpful and friendly as well.

Would recommend these guys. My experience was great customer service from Troy, he knows what he was talking about and doing. I bought a projector from them, took it home and found I was have a little trouble, I called them and they then took care of the entire problem. Great customer service from a retailer!

Rude customer service. Would not recommend this place. They are charging premium PRICES for poor customer services. The sales person spiro was too busy to sever us as he was on Ebay looking at watches!
All I was after was looking for availability to per wire my house as it's in frame stage, the unhelpful sales person didn't want anything to do with me and thought I was going to waste his time! Mate I'm going to be a 7k boss sound system your loser!

Big showroom with multiple rooms showing off a big range of different projectors and sound systems. Great service and knowledgeable friendly staff. Will come back to purchase our theatre room package from here.
