Big Mates Pizza

We had a bad experience last time but thought we would give them a second chance.
Overcharged as they could not supply the deal due to lack of stock.
Rude service attendant.
Could not initially find my order but did after a second look.
Surely there has to be a local Croydon pizza shop with reliable, friendly and timely service that has good pizzas and donuts as well.

My very large party order was done the day before delivery and paid for in full. I rand the morning of the delivery to check they had put away my donuts.
They did not come! I rang and 15 minutes later they finally located my order. It arrived and hour late Food was good but service and organisation is awful. Im not sure how i could have done anymore to get my party order delivered on time.
Do not rely on this place for your party food to turn up.

Pizza was one of the best pizzas ive ever had. 23 bucks for a huge portion. Tasted amazing. (Got hamburger flavour)

Pizzas are decent, primarily go here as their Gluten Free bases don't use soy flour.

Picked up my pizza today though and was missing both the rocket and garlic sauce topping on the lamb kebab. Lucky the put the additional toppings on though that paid extra for.

Pretty careless. They offered to remake but too far to drive back to fix their mistake.

My continued ongoing bigmates experiences are nothing but tastesensationalastic.
I order the same pizza evertime I go (large with the lot, with extra ham, mushrooms, capsicum, and double chilli, and anchovies) which I call the bazz special.
I have this at least once a fortnight and I have to say in all honesty that this pizza is the most ultimate pizza ever made in the history of pizzas.
When i walk into the shop, the mighty super Goran along with all the other simply fabulous staff, dont even have to ask, they already know what im going to order.
The anticipation before eating this pizza is so humongous that the shear thought of not having it leaves me in the depths of despair, which is why i can never move away from this area.
Because if I'm ever deprived from eating this particular pizza I will surely self combust.

The Baz Special is the best pizza I've ever tasted, the staff are amazing and I would definitely recommend going to Big Mates Pizza anytime ️

Decent pizza but the customer service from some of the employees is horrendous! Attitude and has absolutely no customer service skills.

Best pizzas Ive had in a long time! Perfect crust and base, generous with all the toppings and they take them all the way to the edge! Have sampled a few flavours and keen to try them all! Friendly staff and a quick turn around time even when its a busy night tops off the whole experience and will keep me coming back!

Big Mates Pizaa is lately one of my favourite stop for Pizzas. Though I am not a keen fast food eater and pizza lover but once I tasted a chicken pizza from this place, I couldn't stop myself eating pizza from this takeaway shop when I have pizza craving, I have MacDonald's and few pizza shops near my house but I always go to Big Mates Pizza.
When it comes to price of the pizza it's very reasonable and less expensive then any other place se per my knowledge considering the feel and taste of the pizza.

If you haven't tried Big Mates Pizza, then try now, try today you won't regret.

Got a Pizza Around 1 Month Ago very Nice, Couple of Days Ago l Got Spaghetti Bolognese, like A Dogs Bfast, No Meat Sauce, Very Dry, Keep the Consistency up Guys Otherwise You will Lose Customers, Don t Serve Terrible Food to People it's Disrespectful, l Can Make A Spaghetti Bolognese, myself, much Better!

I just bought and almost finished the Lamb Kebab and Ultimate Large pizza's at @BigMatesPizza.
These where delicious and remind me of the classic NY style pizza, much better than expected and better than the big companies. A must have Pizza in the Croydon area with very funny and sociable management and staff! A +

This place is awesome, great service. The large pizzas though have become smaller, so i guess instead of increasing the price, they have made them smaller, isnt that the same thing? The gourmet pizzas are good, just need more toppings, and the chicken could be more fresher.ill be sure to come in soon for a tandori chicken pizza yo or any of the chicken gourmet pizzas.i like dat you can buy daniels donuts from em.last week got 4 of them for $10 was so cheap, and so good with the pizza.i dont driink coz it tastes yuck and i am 4 months sober

Fantastic gourmet range pizzas, which they were bigger, and the tandori chicken pizza is heavenly.keep being fresh, and not cutting corners, you have so much talent, and i hope you guys can keep this momentum going with making fresh pizza with fresh cheese, tomato base, chicken, etc:)

What kind of a businesses takes an UBER order and the payment and then closes before the UBER driver collects the order, at least the driver rang to apologise, which is more than this business did. Not acceptable!

I've given them a few chances lately because the pizza is pretty good and I want to support local businesses. However, I've been disappointed with the poor hygiene and covid practices I have observed (including during lockdown). Staff consistently wear masks around their chins and they move from handling food to handling point of sale without washing hands. I witnessed a staff member take cash then go back to working the pizza dough straight after

Good gluten-free base (keep going back to them because of the GF base). Tasty vegetarian & vegan options are available. Staff remember regulars, are always friendly, and are accommodating if you have questions about ingredients in products (they care about allergies & intolerances). Pizza is always tasty! Highly recommended!
