Your staff were outstanding, professional, polite, happy & made sure everyone was served. My kitchen was left immaculate, it must be hard to walk into a strangers kitchen and produce quality food with all that is going on around them.
You also were responsible, respectful & knowledgeable of allergies & catered for my guest so she still could enjoy the food.

Sam and his team catered for our wedding for around 90 people. They organised the canapes, sit down dinner and dessert.it was PHENOMENAL! The serving sizes, presentation, taste and execution was done seamlessly. The team was incredibly professional as well. I would highly recommend Big Flavours for your next event - both vegetarian or non-vegetarian. They also very smoothly catered for dietary requirements.

We booked Big Flavours for our Xmas party at Brighton Beach Bowls Club and both were fantastic! We worked with Sam after the initial date we had organised for our dinner party was impacted by lockdowns. The changes were made simply and flexibly with Big Flavours. Sam responded promptly to each and every email when organising. On the night from the moment Sam arrived he was organised. The food, presentation and service were excellent. Our home was left extremely clean and tidy.

Big Flavours catered our post wedding party which had 120 guests. From the onset Sam was great to work with, very responsive and flexible. The food (we choose the canape menu) and the service on the night were exceptional and Big Flavours had many compliments from our guests. Thanks again Sam and team!

Main fare was very good.
However the desserts - tiramisu, & pavlovas, whilst very nice, was such very very small portions! Particularly the tiramisu. Many residents raised this, a thimble sized portion!
Several residents raised also the fact that while at the buffet, they were told the only option was either a sausage, wagu beef burger, or prawn skewer! I cannot confirm this of course, only thing I can think of is that their table was the last to be called to the buffet, & that there was not the option of having all 3 items on the menu.
Staff were very professional, courteous.
But the main criticism from well over 70% of residents was the size of the desserts. Quite embarrassing actually.

I can’t speak highly enough of big flavours, the communication was amazing, I was always provided with quick and informative responses. On the night of the event we had a beautiful and professional set up, the staff were super friendly and interactive. The food was fantastic, I was able to select a package and add to it as needed which was great for flexibility, it also really helped that they work closely with you and the event space. I’d definitely book them again for a future event!

This catering company is wonderful. The staff reach the venue on time and organize everything so beautifully. I don’t have words for the food. Even some of my guests asked me about the caterer. Everything was set up so well. Going with their service will surely make your event memorable for everyone.

Big Flavours just catered for a professional learning day at our school, providing morning tea and lunch for 50 teachers. From the initial inquiry phone call to the delivery of fresh and abundant high quality food, the company were a delight to deal with - professional, responsive, reliable and excellent value for money. We had Big Flavours cater our wedding, and couldn't be happier about it! Sam was wonderful to work with, very easy to communicate with and flexible with a range of different dietary requirements and last minute changes! We had a buffet dinner with lovely staff serving us, and absolutely delicious food! Going with Big Flavours meant that we didn't have to compromise on fantastic food to have all the people we love with us on the day!

We had the best night last Saturday night with the amazing chef “Sumit”and waitress “Natalie” Catering for my 60th celebration birthday dinner for 12 guests in our own home. The food, the service and Sumit and Natalie couldn’t have been more helpful or more professional. I would throughly recommend Big Flavours catering if you are looking for a unique dining experience.

A huge thank you to Sam and the team for catering and service for my recent 50th. Not only was the food scrumptious and plentiful, the service of the helpful wait staff made for a great evening. Every email I sent prior to the event was promptly answered and no detail was left undone. Can not speak highly enough of you all.
