Big Brother's Pizza

Ribs taste so strongly of fennel they are inedible. Ribs are missing 2/3 of the meat. Pizza is soggy garbage.
Manager was more interested in babysitting all the kids running around the kitchen then making good food. $45 wasted, I feel completely robbed.

I have lived in the Werribee area for a few years now and have tried quite a few pizza places.

What I look for is quality, price, consistency and punctuality in delivery times.

Thankfully, I discovered Big Brother's Pizza and they tick all the boxes thus far!

Generous topping, tasty and quality ingredients, cooked to perfection and most importantly, every time!

Pizzas arrived within the specified time given, and piping hot.

I will now not look anywhere else!

Got to say best pizzas. We were traitors tonight thought we would try the new Victoria pizzas Synott street Werribee. Never again 2hours we had to call twice to see where they were. Not half as good as bIG Brothers. We won't be changing the best.

The Lamb lovers pizza has to be one of the best pizzas I’ve had in such a long time. Came back and had the Chicken Parma and wasn’t disappointed, quality chicken breast and the chips are amazing.

Great value, like 9 bucks a large pizza. Far better than Dominos Pizza cos it has moore toppins! I personally haven't gone in 4 a long time but food, it is great here!

Good if you are starving. They have gotten a lot better over the years. Go there and spend money.

Dad is a very picky eater, he will only eat from 2 pizza places in vic. Got him to try this place, now there's 3.

Amazing pizzas ️. Extremely fresh and their taste is definitely unique to others. They surprise me with the taste Every time I buy. Businesses like these will have no impact because their taste is that consistent. Extreme cleanliness friendliness and responsiveness. I will keep coming over and over. Keep it consistent please.

Pizza ordered for a party and a black hair was found cooked into the cheese. Called big brothers pizza to complain about the hair in the pizza and the response was what do you want me to do about it? We took the pizza back to the shop and spoke to the owner and they denied speaking rudely on the phone. They did not want to see the hair in the pizza and said they need to see if they can find it.

Also pointed out the people making food didn't have hair nets or gloves on. When this was stated, gloves immediately went on. When this was mentioned they said we can contact the consult and they can investigate it.

Its bad enough they take 20-25 minutes to cook a pizza as it is (any other shop takes 15) tonight and on numerous other occasions we have ordered our pizza over the phone come in 20-25 minutes later to pick up and they haven’t even started to make it! Will never be back, so hopeless!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I order the pizza online and it was delivered. When I took the pizza I received the change however was given $5 less than required. Before I realised I had received the right change the driver had disappeared. I called immediately after delivery and explained the situation. The lady on the phone didn't seem shocked. I told her it sound like this had happened before. She said she would report it to the manager. They blamed me.absolute joke! Dishonest company avoid!

Response to response: Why would I write online that I need change for $30? Your driver is a thief. I guarantee he has tried this before. Regardless, I have read other comments with similar problems. You have lost another customer and I am sure many more.

Beautiful pizza and pasta and the garlic bread is to die for. The delivery is always on time and prices very reasonable for yummy food!

Your answer while maybe correct is not enough, I have ordered pizzas a number of times and have had mistakes made in preparation. The one time I do bring one back then I have to pay more and can't change. I respect your rules but will no longer be buying from you. Sorry you have lost a regular customer over this. But I wish you well I am sure it does not really matter too much hey!

Best pizza place in the Western suburbs! Quality pizza with good prices. Staff are always so friendly. My family, friends and I have been getting pizza here for years and its been great! Thank you Big Brothers Pizza team)

Cheap pizza and pretty yummy only downfall is sometimes get the pizza and the dough is undercooked apart from that you get what you pay for I guess
