Very friendly and helpful team. Prices are competitive and they’ve got some of the more interesting bike bands (eg Orbea and Scott).

I've had my bike serviced there a few times now and made a few purchases. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. I always get my bike back in good shape so I'm happy with what I'm getting. Although sometimes I find the staff forget to follow up with you on queries they say they need to investigate e.g. Availability of parts, so you need to stay on top of them.

These guys are very helpful! Sometimes a bit busy but that's good right.

They didn’t give me the time of day. Went in ready to buy a bike and pretty much got laughed at. They only really serve those who fit the part of a bike rider.

Initially our bike was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. But a negative experience was quickly turned into a super positive experience, due to the level of service offered by the manager. We received our bike the next day, as he stayed back to make sure it was built and offered free delivery the next day. We were also offered extras as compensation. After finding out that we ordered the wrong bike size for my boy (thanks Covid), the manager again, offered a swap over and free delivery with no hassles at all. He was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The level of customer service he has given me is not usual to find these days and I will always come back to this store for anything bike related from now onwards.

I needed a bike.lights and a lock quick smart when the roads clogged up at the end of lockdown. These guys got me on the road in no time and my 5 minute drive to work that turned into a 30 minute traffic snarl, is now a 10 minute ride. Great store. Great staff. Thanks.

Most of the staffs are down right unfriendly. Apart from one gentle man, every one else was behaving as if doing a favour.

Ask for anything and the gal/lady at reception won't buzz and ask to go and check for your self at the service! Then wait for the service guys, and he will keep dangling you.

I just went local shop for good service, but in my opinion they don't deserve it till they change there attitude.

In my opinion, avoid and find a friendly store.

Bought my bike here back in April. Awesome crew they've got there. Returned yesterday to have my bike serviced. I was in the area again earlier today, and just wanted to check if the bike's been serviced. And it was. All good to ride. I wasn't met with the usual "You'll receive a text if it's done" treatment and shown the door out. I forgot to ask her name but she was super nice. They're just a super helpful bunch. I dropped my bike to Nick yesterday. Shoutout to Nick! Really detailed when it comes to bike. Bike service was free and is a part of the store's free service program for new bike purchases.

Legends! Brought 2 decent Scott bikes, communication was exceptional, the 1 issue I had, called up the happiest team in retail I've met, fixed in 15 and away I go, brilliant guys appreciate the help.

Two of us came to Bicycle Superstore in Carnegie to buy a few bike accessories including a helmet and bike bag. COVID restrictions have just eased so we were allowed to enter the store, but there was a maximum customer capacity of 15 people. The workers were really friendly and as helpful as possible. It seemed like the store was pretty busy; I can imagine the weekend right after restrictions eased would be pretty hectic. I want to thank the workers at Bicycle Superstore in Carnegie for being so patient and helpful. They not only provided excellent customer service, but also provided me with good quality products which will I use on all my future bike rides.

I have bought 3 bikes from this store over the years and sadly will never go back. It just shows how difficult it is to lose a customer, but the terrible service and incredibly unhelpful staff have lost me. Firstly they pulled a spoke through my wheel when having a routine service. Stupidly that didn't turn me away, and then they put a cassette on my road bike which was not suited to the running gear. Even that didn't turn me away, but the lack of help to solve the problem and absent follow up to my queries has finally lost me. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Just wanted to get me brakes fixed as they where not working.
First I emailed them and got no reply.
Then a called them got a nice guy on the phone said come down so they could look at it.
Went down said the could fit me in 3 weeks time becoue then had to order some new brakes in. Call them up 4 weeks later they had not idear who I was so i had to tell them everthing again and said i should come down so they can have a look at it again. They said they would call me back in a weeks time when they orded the brakes in again. Two weeks later i gave up and went to a different place and it was fixed in a few days.
Will not be going back.

Bought a bike from these guys a few weeks ago and it was a real pleasure. Rob chatted with me for what seemed hours, covering the different options available. He was none bias and even suggested bikes they don’t stock as a comparison. He maintained that it’s all about how you feel when you ride it, he talked me through all the options and tailored the information to me and my needs.
I came in for my test ride and that helped me decide. Loving the bike ever since, racking up the Kms.
I got myself a slow puncture and took the wheel in to the shop and they had me sorted in 20mins.
Service was impeccable. Can’t fault them. Massive thumbs up.

I took my son's bike down by chance to if they could service it. It had a faulty brake. They had a 3 week wait for servicing but the young lad in the workshop took the bike and serviced the brakes on the spot and refused payment. Great service and experience!
