Had a flat e-bike tire today and the lads in the store fixed it right away so I didn't have to wait until after easter. I was very grateful! Great service and friendly staff!

I was having trouble changing gears (stiff)  on my old Giant brand bike,  plus the bottom bracket was very worn.   So I came here and was quoted $560 to repair it, as they said my chain and chain rings were worn as well. This was way more than the bike was worth.

So I tried a bicycle repair shop in Moorabbin and they did the job for $80 and in one day!   Doing the basic work I needed, rather than complete replacement of whole systems. I feel this was over servicing, especially as I had explained that it was an old bike, out in the weather and only used for rail trails.

The guys in the workshop did a great job replacing my bottom bracket that another local bike shop couldn't get off

Had a great experience last week having been assisted by David in purchasing a new commuter rig.

David listened, offered some very helpful industry insights (new brands are always scary), left with a better ride with better spec than I had expected to that day.

Appreciate the knowledge, honesty and service from all there. Will be back!

This is my favourite shop in Melbourne. Friendly staff, good pricing and always seem to have stock of what I want.

Not a female friendly service department. Wouldn't listen to me about my bike problem, shut me down when I tried to explain the missing part. Did not resolve my problem.

Have had bikes serviced at numerous places - but these guys did a fantastic job! Great value & knowledge (particularly George). A great team led by Jason & co.

Bought a bike and a few small stuffs including a tyre.got little issues here and there, which is normal and fine. The problem is the service, quite disappointing.

Very helpful staff and explained thoroughly all our questions… such a refreshing feeling to experience great customer service.

Embarrassing efforts by the employees at this store. On my first visit, they lost my information and could not contact me to inform the work had been done.
On my second visit, I called ahead asking for a particular tool and when I arrived the employee said "I thought you were talking about something else, we don't have what you're after" wasting 45 minutes of my time.
Don't bother with this place, there are plenty of better bike shops out there!

Always get bike serviced here, never any problems, always quick bike service, great job done, service charge very good. Guys are always happy to answer any questions. Cheers davo.

Needed to purchase another bike but ill look elsewhere.

Super service. The boys have turned around fixing our bike in 24 hours. Plenty of expert advice. More business should kern how to handle customer from these guys. Jason and Herald were awesome. Tx

We had our bikes serviced at another store and were treated like dirt. They were very pricey and not at all helpful. We took our sons bike to Bicycle Superstore and had fantastic service at a really good price. They won us over with good old fashioned customer service at a reasonable price. Thanks guys.

I bought some new pedels there, I asked how much as they don't have the price advertised, 130 dollars he said I needed them so silly me payed. I have later looked on there Web site and the same pedels are 74.99.
