I can't speak highly enough of my experience at Biblos. I walked in needing a suit on short notice and was fortunate to be assisted by Vicky. In no time, she had me perfectly fitted in a high-quality suit, as well as giving me a generous discount. The store's variety of styles and colours was impressive. I highly recommend Biblos, and in particular, would like to give a big thanks to Vicky for her outstanding service.

Sarah helped us pick a suit out, she was very welcoming and is the sweetest person ever. Enjoyed the experience and conversation a lot.

Came in looking for a suit after a busy day’s work for a wedding this weekend. I find buying an appropriate and fitted suit somewhat difficult. From the moment I walked in, Sarah the sales assistant was more than happy to assist me in my decision making and which suits to try on. She was very knowledgeable about the different styles, fabric and colours on offer. Sarah literally picked out the correct size for my shirt and suit and was more than happy to give me different styles of suits to check out. She was very professional and personable. Even though there were other customers in the store, Sarah always came back to check in on me. I even purchased shoes and didn’t have to go anywhere else! Im happy to say that my weekend is sorted. Thank you once again for a positive and stress-free purchase.

Sarah was absolutely amazing with her professionalism. She has a great sense of style and knows exactly what the customer is looking for. Sarah helped me find a suit that suits me very much and I can’t thank her enough. Would definitely be recommending this place to other people

Have visited a few times now & experience has been fantastic. My son was after a suit for his valedictory dinner & Sarah showed us the perfect attire. Thank you Sarah, we received lots of compliments.

Don’t shop here, they don’t like returning or exchanging their goods. I bought a suit there three months ago, three months later it was still brand new. I had an event where I needed to wear it for the first time since purchase. The stitching on the inside seam was coming apart and couldn’t wear them at all. Today when I took it back they stated it was a clearance suit and they have a two week return policy and couldn’t do anything about it. The lady with glasses was quite condescending and rude. I will never shop there again, very disappointed

Best customer service I have ever received. Two amazing ladies who genuinely good at what they do. Dunno the ladie's names but I am just greatful for all the help when I come shopping. I have found my to go shop- Biblos all the way. I hope these ladies were the owners because if they leave, there's no Biblos.

I completely disagree with you@ Will Morgan. This hasn't been my experience. I have been shopping here for a while now and it has never happened to me. I don't care what anyone says, you won't find such good quality stuff anywhere else in Broadmeadows except you shop at Biblos.

Absolutely outstanding service from Andrew in the Altona Gate store who helped my husband out in a 'fashion emergency'. Amazing suggestions (all of which we bought), beautiful helpful personality and all-round fashion superstar. Never experienced such high quality service and walked away super impressed!
