Biang Biang Noodles reviews
49I would give it a 4.5 if I could. I came across this place on TikTok, as I was searching for cheap eats in Melbourne. This place came up so decided to give it a try. It was New Year’s Eve and it was still open around 10pm, which was great. The noodles were fantastic, and of the flat and wide variety. The sauce was nice, and not too spicy, and I could’ve used a bit more to be honest. They cool the noodles fresh to order, and the service was fast and friendly. The biang biang, which is their signature dish, is worth trying.
Excellent Biang Biang noodle dish. It had a red pepper next to it on the menu meaning spicy but it was just right spice, my lips tingled a little but just right amount. Flavor flavor flavor. Noodles perfectly cooked. Highly recommend
Reviewed noodle shop that I passed by temporarily
Located in the heart of Melbourne
There are many choices of food flavors
There are also roujiamo which is very special.
Overall not bad
It just tastes a bit salty~

Best noodles my partner and i have had in our lives. The fresh noodles were the perfect thickness and texture, and the flavours in both of the dishes we got were amazing. We ordered the spicy beef biang biang noodles, tomato egg noodles and the pork and chive dumplings. Highly recommend.
Delicious food
The pastries are to die for, so crisp and delicious!
Definitely try the tripe one!
The flavor was bit over savory but still good. The rice noodle was lovely. And the soybean pudding was simple and quite ok.
I had the spicy beef vermicelli, the noodle portion are good but the beef portion is not enough, worst below average portion. I complain to them couples time already, you would have to waste a lot breath to convince them it is too less. And some staff are nice enough they give you more or they won't give it. 1 star for lack of portions. This review is for the purpose of what the restaurant lack. I recommended the beef noodle soup due to the fact the portions was fair and its non spicy.
Flavourful, delicious, warm and spicy! The food and service was pretty good for the amount I was paying there are seats upstairs and downstairs very clean but not that spacious. I'd recommend to eat at this place if you're craving for something that is spicy.
Have never seen a noodle like that before, taste pretty good too. Order both noodles and the 肉夹馍. 肉夹馍 got abit blank over time when eating both.
Both my friend and i got sick after eating at this place.my friend got a stomachache and i ended up with food poisoning.
Good handmade noodles and delicious cumin beef pastry. Place is small and busy, so you may have to wait to find a table to eat it.
I can verify this is traditional Xi'an food restaurant, I'm from Xi'an, Rou jia mo and pao mo that i had is similar with my hometown style.
The food is good but the service is terrible. The girl with black glass and black mask did not even provide any standard service. No patience to answer any question. If there is zero star, this place should be rated as 0. Service is curial as well as the food.
Ordered a biang biang noodle with pork and a biang biang noodle with chicken. Noisy and cramped but to be expected I suppose.
Noodles: 5/5
Sauce: 3.1/5
Pork: 4.2/5
Chicken: 2.5/5
Vibe: 3/5
Come again? 3.8/5
The noodles here are seriously addictive. Highly recommend the spicy beef biang biang noodle, Xi’an dumplings in hot and sour soup, and the Cold noodle salad with chicken
I recently visited Biang! Biang! And had a great experience. The meal set variety was really good, and the food tasted very authentic. The best part was the great value for the price. The only downside was that the restaurant was a little bit dirty inside.
The biang biang noodles are definitely very tasty. I like the texture and mouth feel of the noodles. It seems so simple, yet very tasty and delicious. There are other menu items I'd try as well. But I'll need to have a more empty stomach for next time and order multiple dishes in one order. It is a Xi'an cuisine restaurant. So this cuisine is very different to southern Chinese style of food such as Cantonese style. Xi'an is in the Shaanxi province and their cuisine is absolutely worth trying.
OMG I just finished my first meal ordered on DoorDash from this shop. The taste of the pork mince bun lit shocked me. It’s soooooo Yummmmmmmmmmmm? Also the noodle I can’t describe how satisfied I feel after the meal! Thanksss
Loved the beef noodles. Would buy again. Wait time is a little long for takeaway but worth it.
Value for money is unmatched. The cold chicken noodles are amazing. Portion sizes are also generous so be careful!
