Me and my housemates got frozen paratha from there. Very good quality with deshi taste. Need improvement in customer service. Partially recommend.

Bought puti fish and was unconsumable. Bought Hilsha fish weighing 1.75kg and were told to be Bangladeshi fish. Unfortunately, it did not taste like Hilsha.

New owner has taken over. And he doesn't know how to cut fish. He should tell before sell. Now while I am opening the bag at home all the fish is different shape. Never again going back.

The product range was really good. Reasonable price but the customer service! (If he really knows what is customer service). I asked him politely that it would be better if he put price tag on the product as I was asking him several times about the price of different product. He suddenly got hyper and was telling me that he is in Australia for long time and that "bhorer pakhi" exist there for 20 yrs. Who m I to ask him about price tag. I tried to understand what is the relationship between the price tags and living long time in Australia. Seriously I spent 5 mins on it. But I couldn't do anything, j looking at him and tried to understand what made him crazy. I didn't want to fight. I just left the shop. Definitely not going there anymore. Whoever wants to go there please don't ask about the price tags. "Coz he lives in Australia for long time and that shop is there for 20 yrs. " Be very careful!
