I purchased BFT motors for sliding gates late June-2018. The gates are used very lightly only twice a day. Sep-2019 one of the motors stopped working. I checked power all OK. I could not find the installer who is authorised installer by BFT Automation.
I therefore contacted BFT and they claimed the motors do not carry manufacturer warranty.
Think carefully before you purchase from them they obviously want to take your money and run.

After years of installing many brands.finally best product, made in Europe. Definitely best brand on the Australian market. Would recommend it to everyone.
