Caz, you are as beautiful and kind a woman as you are generous and helpful. I thank you for helping my family as much as you did, in a time of our lives when we actually needed it. We have nothing and have been left 800 kilometers from home, and when I rang, Caz answered. You have our eternal gratitude, and I promised myself I wouldn't cry, lol.
I tried to get help at the start of this year 2020. The lady I had an appointment with, was very rude and judgemental.
They had the attitude that showed they didn't want to help me at all.
I gave up trying to get help from them.
I'm still homeless.
Poor ive lived my home 5 years and have No backyard just thistles no front lighting no hot water and no maintenance not happy paying rent for a box!
Absolutely amazing people, friendly and helpful and gave us hope that we'll be okay. Right now, that's worth more than 5 stars.
