Beyond Translation was very simple, efficient and had a very fast turn around time once I'd told them about the time sensitive nature of my required documents. Very reasonably priced, very efficient & always communicative throughout. Couldn't be happier.

I dealt with Michael who was so understanding as i had to call him a few times to change some of the script and his customer service skills were fantastic. Worked with them for 2 separate translations-both good experiences. Quick response and short preparation time required. One translation was ready in the same day and the other which was a longer document ready in 3 days. Documents that were translated were professional and had all the relevant information required like translator details and accreditation.

I got to their location in the city to realize that they only accept gov and business clients. Also, no hard copy docs so if you have sensitive translation this is not your best bet. I believe they’re outsourcing the job.

I got a birth certificate translated with Beyond Translation. Translation was spot on, price slightly below competitors and processing time only one day (quoted were 2-3). Recommend it!

I would never go anywhere else! I had these guys translate my wedding ceremony script from English to Maltese for my partner's non-english speaking family. The price was so reasonable, and I had the translation completed within 2 business days of receiving the quote. Such a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Michael and team!

- They do not have a permanent office at this address. I was told by the receptionist that they are only there when they need to meet a client.
- Their rather cheap service tempted me into agreeing that the translation will be posted to me.
- When they emailed me the draft of the translation, there were minor yet very obvious errors in it.
- They fixed them and emailed me another copy of it which had the translator's stamp on it. However, the stamp was just a cropped, totally unreadable image. When I complained, they said that was the only stamp of the translator they had, but on the hard-copy I will get a proper stamp!
- After about 2 weeks of waiting, I had not received the document they said was posted. I double-checked the address I had given them and it was correct.
- They said they will post it again, although I would have preferred to be able to collect it in person. They did not have any Post tracking number when I asked for it.
- After another 2 weeks, I still have not received anything and they refuse to give me a refund, saying I can go to their address to collect it! After one month!
- I have had to reschedule the appointment for which I needed the translation and have already approached and paid another agency to get my document translated.
- I have raised my concern to both NAATI and Consumer Affairs Victoria

A bit expensive but fast translation. There was some small error in the spelling of my name but after notification the modification was carried rapidly.
