Beyond Rest Hawthorn

Have been using the Infrared Sauna for a couple of months now. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. I would recommend.

Loved this place and the atmosphere!
Definitely felt distressed from burnt out after the float! The cocoon wellness pod was also very relaxing and calming. Overall an amazing experience!

So so so good! Absolutely loved my float and Infrared sauna experience! I wasn’t expecting it to be such a relaxing atmosphere and was pleasantly surprised! Also the reception lady was super lovely and very helpful!

Went here last night with a mate. Had a 45 minute sauna followed by a 1 hour float! It was unbelievable. SO good - will be back

i call it “baby lipo”, 30 minutes of laying on a warm mat & then 10 minutes on a vibrating machine to get the lymphatic system draining.i’m in love with the results.i workout 3-5 times a week & wanted to lose some stubborn excess weight - this has DEFINITELY done the trick.cassandra set up my past 2 sessions, she has made me feel so comfortable as someone who’s an anxious person so 5 stars for her customer service & the results. Wonderful first experience, you are relaxed as soon as you walk through the front door. Lovely staff and very clean, modern and comfortable facilities. I will definitely be coming back for more floats in the future

Beyond Rest Hawthorn is my favourite place to be! I recently tried the cocoon wellness pod for the first time and I’m obsessed!
I usually like to give everything a go three times to figure out if I like it or not but I immediately loved the cocoon wellness pod.
I ended up falling asleep instantly as it’s a comfortable heat, the face fans are absolutely incredible giving off a salt air therapy and the pod also gives you a full body massage. Looking forward to my next session?

I have been going to Beyond Rest for relaxation floats for a while now. I absolutely love this place. The staff are kind and welcoming, the facilities are clean and the atmosphere is relaxing.
I initially came here as an extension of my meditation, but after falling pregnant I came to learn all the amazing benefits of floating for pregnant women such as decrease in fluid retention, better sleep, cramping relief and an overall decrease in aches and pains associated with the heaviness of pregnancy. I am glad to report I benefited from all these during my floats as well as being able to rest and connect with my baby.
I look forward to coming back and trying the cocoon pods after pregnancy.

One tip I have is to ask for a pool noodle to help you get into a more favourable position.

I recently visited Beyond Rest, a floatation center that opened in 2020, for the third time and I have to say, my experience was just as amazing as the first two times. The center was still impressively clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were just as top-notch as I remembered.

As I settled into the floatation tank, I felt a familiar sense of anticipation and excitement. Even though I had floated before, I still found the experience to be incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The darkness and silence of the tank allowed me to completely disconnect from the outside world and focus on my own thoughts and feelings.

After my floatation, I enjoyed spending some time in the relaxation room, which had a calming and soothing atmosphere that I had come to expect from Beyond Rest. The hot tea provided was the perfect finishing touch to my experience, and I felt completely refreshed and rejuvenated.

Beyond Rest's facilities were excellent as always, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable and pampered. The staff were friendly and attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my floatation experience and relaxation time to the fullest.

Overall, I would highly recommend Beyond Rest to anyone looking for a restorative and refreshing experience. Whether you're a first-time floater or a seasoned veteran, this place is sure to leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world. I can't wait to come back again soon and experience the incredible benefits of floatation and relaxation at Beyond Rest.

I have to say, this is an exceptional establishment! I loved everything about the facility, there were beautiful showers in the rooms with body wash, shampoo and conditioner and everything was spotlessly cleaned. Denise is just lovely, very welcoming and even stayed a little after closing time so I could try the float after my sauna. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Highly recommend:)

Had a mainly good experience, brought some guests along too (on my membership) so they could try it out. Everyone had a great float and the facility is clean and well arranged. I was extremely disappointed as I was rudely questioned whilst literally exiting through the door. The staff member was abrupt in asking if we were ‘members’, and implied we had floated for free and were making an escape. After explaining that I was a member (and have been for 6 months) I left. However, my friend was still in the facility and overheard the staff member in question asking her colleague if I was a member, to which she replied ‘yes’, but despite this she still made her pull up the record of my membership. I did not appreciate being targeted for the third time. None of the other members leaving the facility got the same questioning, perhaps I did because of the colour of my skin.

What a wonderful experience from the moment I walked through the door. I can't recall the last time I felt so relaxed. Definitely going to become a floater. Thank you so much Beyond Rest. Amazing. Jeanine

As soon as you walk through the doors you are transported into the most amazing wellness hub. The curved walls, the plants, the candles are all just the beginning. I have now enjoyed over 30 floats and each one gets better. You experience such a deep relaxed state that once I have finished (1 hour goes too quick) I am in a total state of relaxation and the feeling of well-being and calm is amazing. I love Beyond Rest in Hawthorn, Denise and Bob are amazing, if you are sitting in the fence about floating, give it a go. You will not be disappointed

Beyond Rest Hawthorn provides exponential service and great experience with float and Sauna. The environment is relaxing and peaceful, staff are very friendly. I highly recommend using float and Sauna, both have helped me to recover, release stress and impurities. I feel my mind, body are restful after each session. Great place to visit and experience.

Absolutely love this place! Being a healthcare worker, I've been wanting to find something that works for my busy mind and fatigued body for a while, and the floats are a good combination of the physical benefits of a massage, and the mindful benefits of meditation. Not only have I benefited from my multiple floats for stress-relief, relaxation, and physical tension release for my body (specifically my neck and shoulders), but the staff here at Hawthorn are absolutely divine and always a pleasure to deal with! Special shout-out to Denise who is so informative about the floats and how they work for you, she also always checks in to assess how each float is going for you, similarities and differences, and is always so encouraging and reminds you to always "expect nothing"! She is always so inviting when I arrive, and always greets you with a smile! I was quite nervous when I first started, the floats appear daunting, but once you adapt - you'll be hooked! One of the main things I looked forward to after is my post-float glow, it's definitely a thing! I've already referred my family, friends and colleagues:)
