A unique and revitalising experience. The venue is a calm and welcoming place in busy streets of Prahran. The staff were so informative and able to provide me with the best tips for my first float. From start to finish, it was a relaxing environment.

A great last minute treat after a big work week. It was easy to make a booking and friendly staff. Was excited to come back post float for my first time trying the IR Sauna. The benefits of relaxation and cleansing were felt almost immediately. A beautiful space and wellness centre.

What a great wellness centre I've been! Such a nice, calm and very clean environment, with clean towels and shower, I will definitely come for an infrared sauna again!

I really enjoyed the floatation tank at the Beyond Rest wetness centre. Its was a great way to relax and unwind after a busy week. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

Great staff and the venue is. Erysipelas clean and gives you that Zen feeling. Great smell as well.

Lovely place that's tucked away nicely. Super close to chapel street but away from all the noise. The infrared sauna and float facilities are amazing. The space is very relaxing and clean.

AMAZING infrared sauna session. Don't let the size fool you.this contraption gets HOT. Being able to play my own music to get me through it was so helpful. Perfect right before a float; amplifies relaxation to a degree never thought possible - and SO good during winter. Love it. Thanks guys️

Lady at reception was wonderful, didn’t catch her name. Was a really simple process to get a voucher.

Lovely staff member at the reception that welcomed me and explained how everything worked. Everybody will feel something different, all I can say is that the experience is very relaxing. Absolutely worth it.
