Love this place, the atmosphere provides a beautifully tranquil experience, every visit has been wonderful. It's very chic, unbelievably clean without feeling remotely sterile and the staff are always an absolute pleasure.

Absolutely amazing. It was my first time ever so I had no idea what to expect but the lady and man there were so welcoming and explained me through everything. Being nearly 24 weeks pregnant, it was absolute bliss to unwind and literally let my body go. When I woke up I literally had that feeling after a day at the beach on holidays when your body is at its most relaxed and calm state. Will defiantly be back in the new year before baby arrives. Thanks again legends

You walk in and feel so welcomed and leave with a burst of optimism and can't wait to return. The place smells devine and the swivel chairs in the chill out room are incredible! The place is managed by amazing people and services provided are so beneficial. I highly recommend this place for contour light but I've also heard the floats are life changing as well. So glad I found this place. A+

I've tried a few different float experiences and Beyond Rest Moonee Ponds is by far the best! Lovely, welcoming staff and a calming reading nook area to chill and soak it all in post-float. I would highly recommend.

Have enjoyed going here for years, amazing staff and vibe to feel absolutely relaxed and replenished.

If you tried and didn't like it then give it more than 3 tries, don't judge it on your first.especially when you're awake and wired. Try it when you're tired and ready to let go, that might help to into that deep sleep or dreamt state.

Been doing this for several years and this is the best floating centre I've found so far. They even offer a set of headphones that can be used to play different relaxing sounds. Tanks are huge and definitely the nicest I've encountered. The place is very well maintained and the staff is very helpful and warm.

Love sitting in the lounge to have some tea and gather some thoughts after floating. Prices are very reasonable and the IR sauna is also quite enjoyable.

Love this place! The light therapy has been amazing and has led to substantial changes in my body fat % as well as helping me kick start my fitness regime. Will be adding floats and sauna to my routine now

Been visiting Beyond Rest for almost a couple years now and Moonee Ponds is by far my favourite. Mary and the team are very attentive to the needs of their clients and are always helpful.

By far the most beautifully serene and therapeutic experiences l have ever encountered. The staff are friendly, professional and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is exactly tailored to your needs. I visit this venue fortnightly.

I visited this place for the first time and used the infrared sauna and floating tank. After my sessions came out feeling revitalised and feeling really good. Mary the staff member was so welcoming and accommodating too. Thank you very much

Amazing experience. Staff are warm and welcoming and the space is unique and calming. I’ve done the float experience elsewhere, but it wasn’t even as close in how good BR is. Interior design, lighting, music all set you for a well-deserved self-care session. Highly recommend them.

This is going to be my new place to relax and de-stress. As soon as I entered the space, I felt the positive vibrations. It is aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. The staff is super friendly. The entire place is very clean and my first float experience completely calmed me down.

Had such a wonderful experience with a 60 minute 50° sauna, followed by a 60 minute float tank experience. The sauna was challenging at that temperature, but perfect to follow up with the relaxation in the water tank. I was so relaxed I fell into a deep meditative state. What a gorgeous place that smelt incredible. Jack was also amazing, so informative and super zen, perfect guy to work there. I loved how I felt afterwards. Will definitely recommend & come back!

After being encouraged by both eastern and western medical practitioners to try out the red light therapy, I finally booked in a session and wow, I'm impressed with the results. I felt slightly fatigued afterward, but the energy picked right back up within the hour and I was able to get so much done! I woke up this morning and my jaw dropped at how marvelous my skin looked - am sending photos to everyone I know and they are also in disbelief. I've used a red light before, but I've never had results like this; so it really must be all in the calibre of the machine. Bec - very lovely the staff member who ran me through everything - was knowledgable and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the session.and the facility is sooo clean and peaceful. I will 100% be back; if you're reading this review because you've been thinking about it, just do it.worth it all the wayyyy x
