Unsatisfying and unprofessional service. Lack of information given to explain the full visa application process and lead to my loss of invitation, and even try to charge unreasonably while only performing part of the service. Not recommend at all from an ex-client's perspective.

This is a review of my experience with Beyond Migration which specializes in Australian migration services. I am retirement-aged from the U. S. A.who married an Australian citizen; my successful visa application was for permanent residency. In the process of looking for an immigration lawyer, I found Austin Zhang who is the founder of Beyond Migration. I was impressed with Austin’s credentials, especially a law degree from The University of Melbourne, and the professionalism of Beyond Migration. Some of the key aspects of my experience with Beyond Migration are listed below.

• Timely action: Beyond Migration always conducted their part of the visa application in a timely manner. There never was a delay. For example, several times I applied for travel permission under a bridging visa and the process was coordinated by Beyond Migration in a prompt and manner.
• Well-defined visa application process: I was kept aware of what information was needed by the department of immigration and when it was needed. Perspectives were supplied about what was the most important information to emphasize in terms of presenting the case for the visa. My idea about what was important was sometimes erroneous and I was informed of this in a helpful manner.
• Thoughtful advice: I was advised about how to proceed in a manner that was honest and clear for the department of immigration. Encouragement to put my best application forward in a straightforward manner was valuable.
• Personable interactions: People I interacted with at Beyond Migration were friendly and helpful. I always felt that my application was treated respectfully with courteous interactions to guide it along.
• Up-to-date: Beyond Migration informed me of the latest procedures and visa application forms. For example, there was a new form for witness letters about the authenticity of my relationship. I was informed of this change and encouraged to have the letters written on the new form.
• Informative: Any questions that I had were answered in appropriate detail. This might range from asking about the location of a relevant visa office in Melbourne to how best to annotate pictures of people as part of the application.
• Efficient: My interactions with Beyond Migration were efficient. Information was conveyed in a clear and concise manner. My time was never wasted; consultation with Beyond Migration, in their office complex or on the phone, was time well-spent.
