I am very happy with my home they built and were upfront with any costs pertaining for site costs. While they seem a bit more expensive that some others, your getting a quality build

I engaged Bevnol Homes to undertake the building of two dwellings in Bogong Court Frankston.

This is the second development Bevnol have done for me. The first one several years ago.

Again, they delivered the dwellings within the budget and, when considering the Covid lockdown, on time.

I was absent during the building phase and thus only contactable via email and phone. This would normally put a lot of stress on me; however, Bevnol handled this in an exceptional professional manner.

We could not recommend Bevnol enough. From the very first day we began discussions with Matt we knew we had found our builder for our first home. They helped every step of the way. Any issue we encountered they were a step ahead and always came to the table with a solution that would keep us moving forward. Mid build we recieved a notice to vacate at our rental property and the efforts from Amanda, Jeff, Karen and particularly our site supervisor Chad were above and beyond to make sure we had a home to move into. Thank you Bevnol for building us an amazing home!

Highly disappointed in Bevnol homes they where ok till final payment was made. It has been over 12 months since we moved in and there are lots of things they have not come back to fix and they keep making excuses. There are also lots of thing breaking and falling apart. Would not recommend them to anyone

Whenever i have been to the office in seaford they have been very helpful. Plus the quality of there work is very good.

A big thank you to Bevnol Homes for building the house of our dreams. Andrew O especially as he went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and informed along the way. He was exactly what every supervisor should be, helpful, supportive and educated us when we needed assistance. We couldn't thank him enough for such a great job he did to get us in our new home before Christmas. We love our house and appreciate the level of service given. If your looking for a home you can customize to your liking, professional staff/trades and get a quality build then I Highly recommend Bevnol!

Our supervisor was Andrew and although we have only had dealing with him in the last month he has been a professional and very helpful with all our questions and concerns, for his work load he should be commended. The one thing I have found Bevnol has done very well is their level of communications. Well done to David, Amanda and Melissa, and thank you for all you help over the last year. As for build quality my wife and I are supper happy with everything. Couldn't be happier.

Our house took 6 months to build with only minor hiccups. Staff at Bevnol were super. Great communication. Andrew was our supervisor, who was excellent.

My worst experience of life. Very bad quality. They have collaboration with Melbourne Cheapest home, both making big $$$ by giving cheap quality to customers. Beware first home buyer, Bevnol use cheapest material to cut their cost and even tradies are not professional too. I know atleast 10 bevnol homes owners crying for quality. Example - Only provide spray termite treatment, lowest board for kitchen, low door and everything. If you making first home, choosing them is your lifetime mistake. I request to have a chat with couple of bevnol's home owner they have build before making final decision.

Not enough knowledge and experience to the sales person, no communication from the admin and sales department, excess price, very delay in response.
