After a bad experience with the manager at another Bevilles store, I had decided not to deal with Bevilles again.

I popped in tonight to pick up gifts for my two young nieces and was so happy with the level of service from the staff. It was quite busy, but they still made me feel special and took the time to explain things to me. So nice to have friendly staff who are knowledgeable with their products and completely understanding of the needs of two young girls. Terrific experience.
Refused to refund an online order in-store, despite website saying fine to do so. Another store did it for us instead
A store that I love to shop even though it's a bit far away from where I live, still I shop with them because of the service offered by the staff especially Olivia as she has helped me so much to choose what I want. Comparing with Bevilles Chadstone store I'm more happy to shop with Southland store
