14Had my engagement and wedding ring resized here and was happy with the service and result.
Bought earrings for my daughter. After a month she lost the attachment that holds the earring I place, the piece that goes at the back of the ear! One employee said that they will replace the earrings but when I got there on another day a different employee told me that they can't do anything about it. You can imagine the disappointment on my daughter's face, she was crying for hours (she is only 9). Note: i DID NOT asked to replace earrings BUT to buy another clip/screw. They whole shop had no replacement! Went to LOVISA shop a few metres away, the lady there helped me finding a solution without charging me. I was not her customer! Hope management pays attention on reviews! I am not a millionaire but was happy to spend my money there.well NOT anymore. My daughter is happy again thanks to another shop!
Worst customer service ever! Bought a Citizen watch last month from the store and was told it has 90 days of exchange. The watch is never accurate and always behind which was frustrating so brought it back yesterday. Manager said she couldn’t do anything but send back to Citizen, which would take at least one month. I asked for exchange but got told it has to be unworn- who would not wear a watch for 90 days after buying it? She also stated that she only started 5 weeks ago and could do nothing else, terrible!
Lovely customer service. One of the kind staff explain about a watch feature and difference with another model, she also help to advice of the stock level and when the sale would finish.

The worst jewelry store I've ever been to, always giving problems and when they fixed or made a bad neck lanyard and didn't want to change it. Poor quality, they don't trust customers that way. Very dissatisfied with this store.
Went in the store to purchase a new gold chain as the clasp had broken on my gold chain. Sales assistant Sonita-Alice was extremely helpful and helped me find a replacement gold chain.

I bought a new watch, they took out 2 links from the metal band. A good place to look for a gift.
As with all Bevilles stores the majority of jewellery is sterling silver gold plated, which they call Silver infused. They're charging gold prices for silver! They're making a fortune by confusing people. The diamond jewellery is the worst I've ever seen. It's ugly they don't set the diamonds properly, and everything is at least twice the price it should be. They have online information that states they have stock, when you go in they have nothing and are not even apologetic! On one occasion I went in with 6 bracelets in mind; I had screenshots of their availability. Out of 6 bracelets which were apparently all in-stock they could only find one in stock. I understand now why it has not been successful in any other states like Prouds, Michael Hill jeweller and Goldmark, who all have interstate branches (aside from New South Wales).
I and my nan visited this store Friday 20th Sep 2019, after nans not so good news from the hospital with her medical condition: - (nan wanted a watch and she wanted to go to this store. We left with more then a watch, the service we received from Kellie was beyond my expectations. Kellie? You have no idea how appreciative I was the way you treated nan. I really just want to say a MASSIVE Kiwi/Cook Island KIA ORA & KIA ORANA (Thank you) to the great service from Kellie and for making nan feel welcomed without pressure. AAA+
